Have been several times and usually order Antipasti Bar and Pizzas. Tried Pastas and we were pretty disappointed. Service was bad, nice waiter but our table of 7 was never marked on time, plates sat forever after we were all finished. Will probably go back but just sit at bar and have Antipasti and Pizza, hopefully it will be as good as I remember!
It was an extremely disappointing experience. The food was very pedestrian and the service was inattentive. It was very touristy and I would not consider it again.
It was HORRIBLE and we left...No service... water glass fell..water all over and NOONE came to clean it up..Never go there again
Fiorello's is a good choice for dinner after performances at Lincoln Center. It's open late but the service is soooo very slow. It took us an 1 hour and 15 minutes to receive our pizza. Plan to stay a while.
Despite having a reservation, the hostess sat our party of six streetside. Nevertheless, we couldn't hear our own conversation. The server was very nice, but the service was slow. It appeared not to be the fault of the server, but perhaps a lack of servers at other stations. The beer we ordered tasted like it had been sitting on the bar for awhile -- not ice cold. The food quality did not warrant the price.
Loud and (for a large place) surprisingly cramped feeling. The food and service is good, but most of all, it's convenient to Lincoln Center. Don’t know if I’d bother otherwise.
This is usually my favorite place to eat in the Lincoln Center area but last night I couldnt even get a waiter to come over to say 'Hello' much less take a beverage or food order. We waited 20 minutes with bread but no water - finally I walked out. I stopped by the front desk to say something but the Manager was too busy to really hear me. Sad.... I spend all summer at Lincoln Center - I guess my regular place will have to be some place else :(
we used to go to cafe fiorello a lot but have not been there for a while. A few days ago we brought our friends there. the food (appetizers, pizza, pasta and fish) was ok except the fillet mignon, which was surprisingly tasteless. the service is definitely going down. we waited 20 minutes to be able to picked some appetizers from the antipasto bar, then waited another 20 minutes for it to come to our table. everyone is starving and our waiter rarely showed his face. we will not go there again after the bad experience. it is ... read more
The ownership group name of Fireman Hospitality is an oxymoron. If I treated my guests with the same casual indifference that servers at all of their restaurants behave, I would have no friends. I now understand why they do the hard sell on bottled water---because I waited 20 minutes to have a glass of tap water brought to the table. The waiters have mastered the art form of not making eye contact with the customer trying hard to get their attention. I've tried several of their places--food is OK, service is pretty bad, and ... read more
