The nurse who guided me into the room and took the initial survey was rude and talked to me like I was subhuman to her like my health did not matter at all. This is extremely unprofessional and I did not feel comfortable discussing any further medical issues with her or the NP. I am very disappointed in the service received.
Highest price of cosmetic injectables that I have ever paid in comparison to 3 other facilities, including units bought on sale. Wait time was extremely long, over 1.5 hours. Staff was friendly and facility was nice.
The experience was okay, but I didn't get much out of it. Right off the bat I was given pages of paperwork to fill out in extremely low light, even though I had done the client portal online already, which is apparently something different. The facilities were also okay, but not that great. I had to find a new roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and it had some water stains on it, and the soap was all gone. the actual chemical peel was great but the system is unorganized and causes a ton of headache. i had multiple appts get canceled and moved because they have either scheduled it for the wrong office (hoover, and im in tuscaloosa). i also have had issues with the billing and their communication. I previously saw Dr Wang, and i had an appt shortly after she left that they made me pay full price for ($100 instead of my $50 that its supposed to be), so they ended up crediting the next visit for me. Staff at the front desk was very kin, including nurse but once having my consultation I notice that DR wasn’t very interest in my case, sorry but that was impression.
Waited almost an hour past my appointment time before seeing the doctor.
I don’t feel like I was helped enough. I have an issue with my lips and I was told to put hydrocortisone and vaseline on them and come back in 6 weeks. I was in the office for maybe 10 min. Not very helpful.
I had booked a 60 minute hydrafacial which included 1 customization. I was brought back at my appointment time, took 2 minutes to slip on a robe, and it took 25 minutes for the employee to come back. Once she started, the hydrafacial lasted 40 minutes with no discussion of a customization during the facial. Very disappointed with the length of the facial and the wait for the employee to come back after changing. When booking a 60 minute facial, it should be at least close to 60 minutes.
