I took both of my senior cats in to see Dr. Watrobski on July 13. The technicians were atrocious. They returned my boy cat to me with BLOOD on his towel and a bandage on his arm and no explanation except that they had a lot of trouble trying to draw blood from him. They didn't even bother to clean him up. They were also inexplicably unable to obtain a urine sample. In the 28 years that I have raised cats, this has never once happened at a vet's office. The front staff is so unorganized it's infuriating. They don't pick up their phone. They don't respond to emails. They don't communicate with each other. And they are so smug about it, as if they're indispensable, that the Vet should be embarrassed that that is who they hired to represent them and continue to do nothing about their inadequacies. If I could give negative stars I would. If you're looking for a professional, insightful group of experts who will give you and your pet the care and concern you deserve do not go here. They will take your money but provide no help, follow up or real answers or care.

Dissapointed with their service. The vet did not do a thorough check up on our dog LITERALLy just looked at him and we had to pay $69. The vet did not even address all our concerns after we clearly expressed what we needed check for our dog. Also the receptionist and workers were cold and unfriendly. I definitely do not recommend this place

STAY AWAY. Came here because my cat was sneezing non stop for a couple days (possible upper respiratory infection) and I wanted to get medication for him. The vet who saw him said he had FHV (Feline Herpes Virus) and treated the infection. Here is my problem, they literally diagnosed him with FHV WITHOUT testing for it. How on earth can you tell me he has FHV without taking blood or other tests? I understand it's common in cats but you can't be 100 percent positive without a simple test which was not taken. I love this office and have been going here for a long time, over 7 years. I think the doctors are knowledgeable and everyone loves the animals! However, the reason for the low stars is the prices. I am on a fixed income, and with the rising prices of gas, food, clothing, etc. I let the office know I am financially struggling but my dogs are part of my family. They said they would mark it in my chart. I left with a bill over $190. The only procedure my dog received was a vaccine. They recommended THEIR vitamins. I then foun... read more

I have been going to this clinic for over 7 years. You can see that I wrote a great review when I first went there. I did make an appointment to have my dog's teeth cleaned and it was about 4 months prior to the visit as she is very busy. I do realize there is a cancellation fee. I was in New York and my plane had a mechanical the day before, so I tried to text and the first text did not go through. The second did, but it stated that the line was not monitored, so I called my son to have him call and cancel which he did. ... read more

They called me to confirm my appointment, which I did but when I actually went in for the appointment, they told me they did not have the vaccine for my puppy! What a waste of my time! That was really frustrating considering that they were so nice the last time!

7/24/21 - Had an Appointment scheduled for 9AM. I arrive 8:50AM and wasn't seen by the vet until 11:55AM. I waited 3 HOURS after my supposed appointment time, with my cat in the warm waiting room, while the vet gladly saw multiple dogs that were unscheduled walk ins. I requested for a full annual exam, including checking feces for parasites, and to check the inside of my cats nose (hard breathing).
