Not relaxing. Dirty room. Didn’t feel clean and felt like a run down motel. The room didn’t feel clean. Paint was chipping on the walls and doors - floors were dirty. Sink was clogged. Walls were discolored and dirty. Seemed like a run down motel 6 this visit. I always stay here. For many years! This might’ve been our last time.

Will book elsewhere next time. Rooms need complete overhaul. Front desk staff was nice enough, Reef staff not so much. Bird cadges are absolutely disgusting! Beautiful pool area.
Don’t waste your money! Water leaking all over floor under sink. Drawers falling off hinges. Shower didn’t work. Fan over bed was so unstable couldn’t turn it on. Worst place ever. Not kept up at all. Very disappointed! Nothing
Bad Pool not heated, jacuzzi closed, Mediterranean restaurant closed, bathroom not big enough for someone with a walker. No breakfast and still waiting for a response to my complaint with booking.com

Fair The room was not cleaned thoroughly before we got there (crusty old eyelashes were still in the shower) the beds were super uncomfortable. It had a large dog area
Very Poor I reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights and last 2 day was not hot water for showering . Looby was closed at 10 pm and opened 10am so we didn’t have any help ,and phone was not working. My vacation was not smooth as I plan. Location was great, food was great, pool was great.
