Worst service ever. spent over 50k on a truck just to get terrible service and be lied to. Would recommend this dealership to anyone. Got me to change a previous review by trying to bribe me and after I changed the review they never would call me back. Pathetic
Prepaid Maintenance Plan, would not honor full amount. Purchased the MPP maintenance plan when buying the Mustang. Brought car in for 3rd oil change. Upon completion of the service, advisor informed me that I had to pay $86, because MPP would only cover $40 of the cost. After informing Brandon that I have not had to pay on my prior oil changes. Huge mistake First the internet sales department is non existent. They don't honor truecar pricing through USSA. They then couldn't let us take the delivery of the car we bought because it didn't pass the inspection when they prepared it for delivery. The kicker was over 16 hours of being at the dealership we were forced to buy a different color and pay more. We got it dirty with 1 key and a half tank of gas. Don't buy here.since we had the GM fix the dealership mistake. We didn't recover our tank of gas but we walked away.

Worst customer service in the world I got an appointment the day before and they promised 2hr to review my card. Left the car at 9.30 am and at 4pm was not ready for pick up. Please do not promise a service that you cannot provide. WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR HERE AGAIN

Service Department Misses the Mark The 2018 MKZ I purchased from Camelback Lincoln may be my favorite car ever. It is perfect for me! Three Hour Wait after Scheduled Oil Change We made an appointment for noon a few weeks ago while in Phoenix. After making the appointment, we got two text messages confirming the appointment. We arrived about a half hour early for the appointment and was told it would be at least three hours before the oil could be changed! Terrible service My husband and I had a terrible experience here. They did the good ol’ bait and switch on us. We found a good deal online, set up an appointment to meet and buy from a salesman. Dishonest and stressful So I have a preapproval with a bank and go to look at a specific vehicle. I call down there and ask if it's there and they say yes. I drive down 15 minutes later and they say it's not really there. Then I find another vehicle I like and tell them to use my preapproval. They ran my credit with 6 other places, never even tried my preapproval bank, said I didn't qualify for what I wanted and tried to sell me something else. Refused warranty work on vehicle purchased elsewhere Refused to repair a safety issue under warranty unless I agreed to pay ~$300 diagnostic fee, which they may or may not choose to waive in the future. There was also a major safety recall that they failed to mention or repair. They kept mentioning that I purchased it at another dealer (I recently moved).
