I recently bought a Subaru WRX from Camelback Ford and had a GREAT experience! Brock was able to help me find the car I wanted and made sure that I got a terrific price. The only reason I am giving this experience a 3 is because Aimee in service was so helpful. Day 1: I was having an issue with my Mustang so I brought my car into the dealership to get fixed. Aimee in Service was AMAZING!! But my great experience ended there. I dropped off my car after work around 4:30pm (mind you they close at 6pm) and was advised over the phone that they will have a shuttle available to take me home. I was absolutely amazed with these guys. They gave me a great deal (which I did a lot of up-front research to determine what was good and what wasn't) on a great deal. They were very friendly, very accommodating and just all around super people. We even bought the recommended service plan (which I don't usually go for) because they were willing to work with the payment terms and it can be cancelled at any time with a refund of unused portion of the service plan. It took almost 3 hours to negotiate a deal. When I picked the car up three days later, they had lost one set of keys. They still have not found them. And they scheduled no home visit to famiarize me with the car. I was MOST unhappy. Brian Hennesy was terrific when they finally sent someone to help me with the electronics. He was very courteous and knowledgable. The rest of Camamback could take a lesson from him.
The experience of purchasing my MKX Lincoln from this dealership was truly the best car-buying experience of my life. The Salesman and Vehicle Technology Specialists were outstanding in the delivery of the vehicle. They educated me on the technology of the vehicle in terms that I could understand and use to enjoy 100% of my new vehicle's functions.
Mike Kildoo was my salesman, he was my sales man; he made me feel at ease and very confortable he is a great addition to Camelback Ford. Robert Gallion was the man that came to our hosue to show us how to use our new truck. We where very pleased with his ability to show us the tricks and gadgets with our new vehicle.
This was the BEST buying experience I have ever had. I was treated with respect and courtesy. The overall process was quick and everything was explained to me in detail. I ordered the New Ford Explorer (BEST CAR EVER!!!) and after receiving it, someone was sent to my home to personally program my garage door and gate openers and to show me the SYNC capabilities. I will never buy from anyone other than Camelback ford again. Thank you Camelback Ford.

I am very cautious when shopping for a car. I'm 71 years old and feel wary about purchasing anything I don't understand. My salesperson, Troy, was very patient with me. I feel he actually listened to my needs and helped me find the car that was just right for me. Thanks Troy for your help.

Contacted Juan via online shopping. He was very considerate in all ways. He made the buying process very easy and went out of his way to help me get an excellent price. I am a picky buyer. Do not put up with pressure selling and will terminate contact if I feel the seller is playing games. Juan did everything he said he would even though I was quite skeptical. I highly recommend him.
