The salesman and sales manager were very friendly and the finance manager was very patient. I felt like I received a fair price for the Edge and I was not under pressure to purchase this vehicle. Their followup concerning questions I had were very prompt and they took care of my concerns to my complete satisfaction. I would, without hesitation, purchase another car from Camelback ford.

When we walked into the dealership, we were greeted by a very friendly staff. One of the things we liked most was not being pressured into buying on this visit. Rae Knowlton sold us our car. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. We felt she went the extra mile for us in so many ways.(Like delivering it to us.) If you are looking to work with a stand-up salesman - Dave Haro is your guy. We had traditionally been a GM purchaser and Dave has convinced us to join the Ford family. He understands that the business environment requires flexibility as things change frequently and he never had a problm making a change even if it was midstride.
i thank Juan for getting the deal done with ease. he delivered everything he promised and made the deal haggling easy. I do have one complaint, after the deal was done my phone call and email did not get responded to. also he was suppose to set up the leather in my car. found out the day before the installation he never told Paul which color was to be used. now im not sure if it will be installed on Thursday.i know that is the hardest part is following up with deals that are closed, but that is what makes the 5 star experien... read more

Over the past ten years, I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership (Covey Lincoln Mercury, Chapman Lincoln Mercury and Camelback Ford Lincoln Mercury). I have ALWAYS been treated with courtesy and with respect. I have ALWAYS negotiated a good price for the vehicle I wanted. I have ALWAYS experienced excellent followup and service. I went to Camelback Ford in late October 2010, shopping for a 2011 Ford Mustang. I had been to Earnhardt and Bell Ford shopping for the same car, and was just putting out my feelers. Luke worked VERY HARD to get me into my 2006 Ford Fusion SEL with great assistance from George and Josh. It took about a week to finally get me rolling and we had one false start out the door on a 2008 Lincoln MKZ but the end result was a great car, better financing terms and a very satisfied customer for life!
