LIED TO Bought a 2014 Ford Focus, the salesman told me it was a 2015 at first. I didn't find out it was a 2014 until I bought insurance for it and gave them a VIN number. The finance manager, Molly, was trying to negotiate getting me 0 down on the phone, like I was told I qualified for. Service Department overcharges on parts I just happen to call the parts department to check on what a part was on my recent service bill. To my surprise, I found out that the service department had charged be 28% more for the part than if I have bought it over the counter. It's already ridiculous how much they charge for parts (usually a 300% markup) without having to find out they gouged when they did the service. VERY BAD SERVICE! Very bad service! Yesterday I called Camelback Ford looking for a used car they had in their Auto Trader ad. The person I talked to was one of their managers Dennis Segatto. Mr Sagatto lied to me by telling me the car was still in inventory when it was sold two days before. He invited me to come down and see the car, knowing all along the car was sold. Poor Service Department I scheduled an appointment for 8:30am Saturday morning to have an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived promptly at 8:30am. After 3 hours of waiting I finally inquired as to the status of my car only to find out they had not not touched it. To say this is poor is an understatement.
RUN FROM THIS DEALER .... REALLY YOU SHOULD RUN! ! ! Just purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. The sales guy Nick was very knowledgeable and overall an excellent salesman. When we were checking out Nick said "we have changed our policy and will mail you your owners manual and spare key". It is now 13 days later and nothing. Typical car dealer stuck in time. Was called by dealership to look at a car that was really not for sale or to drive, waste of time. I guess they feel if the customer is there, they can sell them something else.
Do not go here unless you want to be lied to I worked with Scott Collins, this guy is a habitual liar. From when my car would be done to "you will get a certificate for oil changes" to "I'll make sure you have a full tank of gas" to the price of the car. Never dealt with a worse dealership! Never dealt with a worse dealership! My husband made an offer on a new truck. Salesman & sales manager agreed to the price. While waiting for our paperwork, the salesman came out to say they needed $2000.00 more. Wish there was a lower rating that 1 star, because they don't deserve even one! Avoid this dealership like the plague!
