Todd was great. High Tech windshield company sucked. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

The service is great, waiting at the service center is comfortable. Only complaint would be that it is difficult to get someone to call back in a very timely manner if you leave messages. I have waited 3-4 days on occasion.
