The service team member I dealt with is unprofessional, arrogant, and does not perform customer service duties well. I will likely not purchase another vehicle from this dealership

Bought my Subaru last year 2024 , the first time of the service was excellent but this last time 2025 I was able to notice the difference very poor performance, windshields dirty, engine compartment one of the liquid plastic container ( windshield) lid was left open, oil engine dipstick not fully sited, if they washed the car body it had a lack of attention ( pretty dirty with water stains) including rear window, tires same thing. Camelback Volkswagon service department is rude and does not take accountability when they make mistakes. This is the second time I have had to return the car within a week of service for an issue they overlooked. This time, I had to tow the car back within 6 days, as my battery would not hold a charge, even though it was listed that they had checked it in the 25 point inspection and was showing as passed.
It took hours for an oil change and tire rotation. No updates were given. Additional services were recommended AFTER my car was brought out to me. Thanks to the service rep that assisted me when my original service rep didnt.
Unfortunately I had to bring back my vehicle again for a different repair. The team was able to fix it and thank you for that. However, I am still waiting for a solution related to the Carnet/Satellite connection module. My technician told me that the module was working and that I just had to call carnet so they can register/connect it. I called carnet and they told me that if the green light is off, I have to take it to the dealer to fix the module and there is nothing they can do. Rude, slow, expensive and never returning. They are non-communicative and will not give you straight answer on anything.
They did a good job however when it came to pay the bill, they charged a 3% processing fee! At the time when shop rates are so high the processing fee should be part of doing business. due to this reason, I won't be buying a new car from them.
