Warranty waterpump took 3 weeks with little communication on delays. No loaner vehicle to transport myself for those 3 weeks.

After service, my car had multiple lights indicating issues with my engine. I had to take my car back again to get everything fixed at one point my car completely stalled out.

They said my head gaskets were leaking and needed replacing. Quoted me $5800. An independent mechanic found they are fine. The problem was the thermostat. A basic combustion leak test showed that they were fine. No such test was even done at the dealership and they charged me $185 to diagnose the problem and didn't even bother doing the test. I'm never going back there again!

Service was good but I am giving them 1 star because the satellite connection in my vehicle is not working and VW doesn't have a solution yet.

Don't bother with camelback VW go to Gilbert or to Peoria where they actually take care of you

Before making the appointment verified they had the materials required. They assured us, yea. I had the vehicle towed in but was informed once there they didn't have the materials and it would take a day. They offered a 10 credit for transportation and then said they would call us. We had planned on waiting now we needed to take a ride home, a ride into work the next day and a ride to the dealership after work. Last May 3,2024 I was wait too long 3 hour . my change oil and rotor tires . because your staff very slow time. . I notice staff very poor time , i see people complaint tell service person , so i never again visit in the dealer . i feeling 1hour half be haapy time. than. 3 hour. too longer hour and sad it. thank you
Great product! One major issue: registration, MVD stated $307.00 in equity on trade in. Normally in the past when trading in a vehicle with equity MVD would send a check for that amount. This time MVD indicated "dealer keep the equity". Calls to dealer finance office , will send a check No check from dealer after a mth. Standard answer from dealer, check's in the mail!! .?? What year.
$170 for a service that you can get for free at autozone. Also, this service took 5 hours. Absolutely ridiculous.
