Airbag error. Needs new computer unit. One month later no part. They are producing new ID- 4's, but VW isn't interested in repairing cars already sold. Don't buy VW. No concern. Sucks

felt as tho nobody cared about my issue, they wanted to keep it for a 3rd day and when i called to complain, (why would a dealer need a car for 3 days to figure it out ? arent they supposed to have an answer ) al lof a sudden i was asked to come get my car ,they couldnt figure it out

I was told that they would email my paperwork. Its been 3 weeks and I still havent received my paperwork.

Disappointing visit to say the least... Never had an issue with service there until recent. My cars battery failed as a know issue to the manufacture and I was told that I would have my battery replaced under a battery settlement claim I had made. Took a day off of work and spent several hours walking around waiting for my car with my wife, only to be told that I would have to pay $400+ dollars to get it replaced!!!! Sorry guys, I was a loyal customer until that. Make it right!!!

Wouldn't even give it one star. Suggested service that has already been complete if they were to review their records they would see that. Declined all work as it wouldn't address the issue.

Terrible. Third time Ive brought my car in for the same reason. Brakes squeak and grind non stop. The car is less than a year old and the service department refuses to look into it or take any responsibility. They even told my wife to just live with it. Weve purchased 4 cars from Camelback VW, this will definitely be the last. Awful service.

Somewhat close to a horrible experience . As usual a little pushy on the quickness to close a deal. Addressed my issues at the time, that have not been resolved yet. Vehicle broke down a week after purchase. Since then more things keep popping up wrong. Possible suspension issues, pwr window buttons function when they want, etc. Called my salesman when the vehicle broke down got no response not even a check up. Still waiting on getting my issues resolved. Bad customer service only having it 3wks

They put water in my windshield wiper fluid after i told them i was taking a trip to my home in Iowa. It froze completely and made for a very scary/dangerous situation in a snow storm. I then had to thaw it with a hair dryer to empty it.
