The experience was okay but just so sales oriented trying to get folks to spend as much as possible. Saw a woman that said she was gouged $1,200 but she was older and didn’t know very much. I was sold an extended warranty plan but seems every time we bring the car in always more money out of pocket. Berge’s Toyota wasn’t always in our pockets
Made an appointment and needed to get oil changed. Wanted to just get fluids flushed but they cleaned the fuel injection system when I asked them not to and still charged for the work

Can Santa Margarita and Camelback Toyota link share service history? I would like service discounts to be greater and declined some service because of this. Happy to visit but the chat lady would not schedule any service earlier than 48 hours. Why? I scheduled on line for my desired next day service.
Brandon Latour came to me and pointed to berate me as a customer for not signing the deal. He unleashed at me all personal insults of how I visited the dealership 3x and never purchased a car and how I am wasting Leslie’s time her financial hardship to support her child as a single mother. He accused me of starving Leslie’s kids if I don’t sign a deal. Finish the work I had to schedule, but no one seems to know how to use CarPlay little frustrating
To long of a wait for oil change 3& 1/2 hours almost 4 hours.
Prices shown on the website when you book your service appointment are not the same as what they charge you when the work is done.
The air freshener in the place is horrible, but my service manager, Adam Pasang, was terrific.
