As soon I denied services they recommended everything changed. It’s all about the make money of you if not no customer service at all

I bought a car 2016 Keya cash and they had a problem with the motor consumption problem I found out about after I purchased it come back motors couldn’t do anything with me as far as fixing to take care of it or nothing so I really don’t have nothing nice to say because I’m not satisfied with the way I was gypped on that certain vehicle thank you Greg Wilson is my name

Camelback dealership takes four hours to do an oil change this is ridiculous! Also to replace a part that should have taken 20 minutes at the most it took 3 hours. Unacceptable ! Service is need of better time management skills. I never waited more than an hour or two at the most when my Chevy serviced. My service advisor Titus is amazing!

Dealership seems out for profit not for customer satisfaction or loyalty. I have a 2021 RAV4 xse with less than 2000 miles over my basic warranty. Battery needed to be replaced (400$ out of pocket) and they tried stacking on 800$ worth of minor repairs (hybrid battery cleaning, air filter etc.) Which I refused and took my car home. One day later I have to get my car towed because of an "air shutter malfunction". They want 900$ to fix it. I had an 8:30 appt. At 10:30 I was asked if I wanted 5 items plus what I came in for? It was a $13.17 part. 3 hours to replace a small fuel door return spring. I was not happy.

They sold me a used vehicle that died; likely from critically low oil level, 500 yards off the lot. Then gave me 24 hours to choose another from their small supply. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE HERE. JUST DON'T.
