Brandon Latour came to me and pointed to berate me as a customer for not signing the deal. He unleashed at me all personal insults of how I visited the dealership 3x and never purchased a car and how I am wasting Leslie’s time her financial hardship to support her child as a single mother. To long of a wait for oil change 3& 1/2 hours almost 4 hours.

Hi I have been a loyal customer for the last 5-6 years and I am baffled at the appointment I had yesterday . I had a regular 55,000 mile service and when I got my car back there was a large crack across the windshield. I immediately had my service advisor come back out before leaving the property and he had never had this issue so had to contact a manager . The service person walks up and says “you don’t have a Toyota, it’s going to take twice as long”. After approving the two air filters for my vehicle, I watched as it sat untouched for 58 mins. I was at the dealership for over 3.5 hours for an oil change. I was the second person in line for my 7 am appointment.

I am extremely disappointed in this dealership. I went in for a routine oil change, and then feel pressured into doing services that are unnecessary. On top of that, we I went to pay my invoice, they informed me that there is a 3% charge for using a credit card. I have been using this dealership for 7 years, and never have been charged a fee for using a credit card.
