Hi I have been a loyal customer for the last 5-6 years and I am baffled at the appointment I had yesterday . I had a regular 55,000 mile service and when I got my car back there was a large crack across the windshield. I immediately had my service advisor come back out before leaving the property and he had never had this issue so had to contact a manager . The service person walks up and says “you don’t have a Toyota, it’s going to take twice as long”. After approving the two air filters for my vehicle, I watched as it sat untouched for 58 mins. I was at the dealership for over 3.5 hours for an oil change. I was the second person in line for my 7 am appointment.

I am extremely disappointed in this dealership. I went in for a routine oil change, and then feel pressured into doing services that are unnecessary. On top of that, we I went to pay my invoice, they informed me that there is a 3% charge for using a credit card. I have been using this dealership for 7 years, and never have been charged a fee for using a credit card. I would think after spending $100.00 for an oil change, that they profit margin could incur the credit card fee. As I told the service representative, I will not... read more

Very disappointed. They took almost 4 hours for delivery, the docs only took 20 mins. Really no excuse. I guess my lesson is never buy a EV from a dealer who sells mostly gas vehicles. They never checked the vehicle for the charge cord, even after I asked several times. They didn't fully charge the vehicle, so had to spend another hour elsewhere before heading home. And no one knew how to set the vehicle up. Awesome.

They are very nice friendly until you go back with questions. My salesperson even said he no longer worked there. When I called the facility and asked for a manager they asked “would you like to talk to your salesman” I was like sure I thought he didn’t work there anymore. This is the 2nd vehicle I buy here and definitely my last.

First time going in for service. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come greet me and tell me what the process was. Was told things would be good to go in about 90 minutes. Over two hours later I had no updates, and the online tracker didn't work. When I finally received the inspection report link to approve the charges it showed as $67 when it really should have been part of my free maintenance from the service agreement. My experience with the dealership was horrible would not recommend in the future due to the in illegally adding warranties to my contract that we’re not authorized or approved by myself
