I brought my car for battery recall but it came out with extra repair cost. I don’t drive that much

Went in to replace driver side visor Had an appointment but still had to wait four hours for them to tell me they did not have it in stock. I’m over the road. Truck Driver hadn’t been home in three weeks and they wasted my whole Saturday wasted time.

It’s hard to trust this dealer for maintenance. I come only out of convenience but on serval occasions I’ll pay for a service, such as tire rotation, I get the dealer won’t perform the work. It makes me question where they are cutting corners and what else they say they are doing but not.

Recommendations not fact based. Not trustworthy. Example replacing hoses and belts where they were replaced along with timing belt water pump etc. 50k miles ago and not really showing wear.

Continuous transmission issues on a recently purchased GMC sierra. My issues seem to just annoy the service department when I call. I drop my truck off and they refuse to give me a rental car. Wouldn’t recommend. They’re quick to get you in and offer support before buying a vehicle but once it’s bought, crickets from the dealership.

After taking 2 hours for an oil change, with appointment, replacing my sway bar linkages was recommended and quoted over $1600. I was quoted $450 at 3 other shops. This is ridiculous, unethical and predatory. Many would fall for this, thinking that this was a fair price. How can I tell my friends and family to go somewhere where I know they'll be screwed on price. Would you?

I bought a 2021 Jeep Wrangler at Camelback Toyota in January 20 24 and it is now October 2024 my Jeep wranglers was sold to me with no coolant and is now starting to overheat. I was told when I bring my jeep and that my rental vehicle would be covered 100% because I had the platinum warranty the day I went to pick up my Jeep I was told I had to pay an out of pocket Because no work was done to my Jeep which was not communicated to me in the beginning. Shady dealership service center. Coupon I received via email is deceiving stating recommended services $50 off but they tried to say it was the services that were added on upon your “recommended Toyota service maintenance” being done and it took me to speak with the manager to get the discount put on. I wouldn’t have chosen all the recommended service package from the jump if I know it was what they believe what more maintenance should be done on top of what I was paying for the 75k RECOMMENDED service.
