Purchased a used vehicle from Camelback Toyota on June 29, 2021. We paid cash, and as of today January 21,2022, we still don’t have the title, registration or license plates. We have called repeatedly since September 8, 2021 without success. Headed to AZ DMV for a vehicle inspection title search and dealership complaint!

Most dishonest no morals car dealership ever dealt with worked for 3 days to buy a new Tacoma and and made a deal then went in to pick it up when they called it was ready then found out they sold it out from under us because they could get more money talk about unethical practices wow!!!! I'm still in disbelief.

These guys stand on a quote that they make the customer champions and to exceed the expectations. Well they definitely failed, and I could never recommend them to anyone. First of I showed up before 90% of the sales staff at 7 am to buy the truck I've been talking with them to buy. Each of the last three service appts have resulted in outstanding issues that we’re not present when the service began. Last two times I’ve had grease all over my freshly detailed carpet and brand new floor mats. Same mechanic. Their sales tactics are very misleading. I am still waiting on a window tint refund of $299. They are very quick to take your money then you do not hear from them again. This last purchase was not a very good experience. I am not buying from there again. My son needs a car and guess where I am not going.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and SERVICE DEPT. (11/05/21) - Tried to change oil myself, but oil filter housing was so far tightened, I could not loosen it. I even have the required special filter wrench to remove the housing. It was not this way before I took my Tundra in for my free oil change a few months ago because I changed the oil myself well before my free oil change was due.
