Extremely disappointed with this dealership. At first I was shocked and how great they were.. should of known it was too good to be true. They were great at keeping me updated with the car so I could get it. I arrived extremely early to be sure I was able to purchase the car, and I was.. after waiting for a total of 10.5 hours. TOOK MY CAR IN DUE TO ENGINE LIGHT ON/DIAGNOSTIC FOUND WATER IN THE FUEL. AFTER GETTING AN ESTIMATE FOR REPAIRS, I TOLD ED TO NOT PROCEED UNTIL I LOOKED INTO COVERING THE COST. AFTER TELLING ED TO NOT FIX THE PROBLEM, HE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD ALREADY TAKEN FUEL OUT OF THE TANK. AFTER LEAVING THE BUSINESS WITH A 1/4 TANK, I RETURNED TO TOYOTA DUE TO THE FUEL LIGHT TURNING ON (ACTUALLY ONLY HAD A GALLON). THEY HAD NO BUSINESS STARTING A JOB WITHOUT PERMISSION!!!

I am extraordinarily dissatisfied with the service department; the service department at Toyota Camelback took a full three days to diagnose my car instead of four hours. After all this delay and unjustified waiting, they decided to clean up my engine carbon which did not reflect any improvement. We actually really love our car. We got a great price and the process was smooth. Long but to be fair there was a lot of people there that day. But I don’t appreciate being lied to the moment we meet our salesmen we had been working with my girlfriend to get the car. I have gotten two new vehicles from them and when I had a problem I was treated terribly. The customer relations person is terrible she wouldn’t even return my calls for a week, and only then because I complain to her supervisor. She lied and said she called me several times but there were no missed calls on my phone.Horrible customer service once they have your money.

I bought a new RAV4, very happy with vehicle. However, support after the sale is non existent at this dealership. 1. The new vehicle did not have owner's manual. I was told they will mail it to me. 2. They could not get the license plate off my trade in, it has star head screws and I guess their ENTIRE service department has NEVER seen such a fastener. I've been here twice, once for an oil change and once for a service special. Beyond the typical upselling nonsense and inflated charges that are typical of a dealership, there is one issue unique to Camelback Toyota: the spam. Never before have I been subjected to the amount of spam calls, emails, and junk mail from a company. I have asked at least three times to be removed from these but they just keep coming. I have been working with multiple individuals at this dealership on a new vehicle and finally thought someone would be my advocate to help me through it; however this does not appear to be working out as my calls, text messages and emails are going unanswered to my specific questions. After arriving I was taken to an offsite prep location only to discover I was led there to see a different vehicle.
