BUYERS BEWARE! Add ons, taxes, doc fees .....overall dishonest business. We had high hopes for Camelback Toyota. The Toyota Sienna we looked at had a listed selling price of $19,923. Not only did they calculate our sales tax based on the "Suggested Retail" ($23,988) price off the vehicle, they added $1500 total in "fees" and "options" and were unwilling to clarify the calculations. Make sure you ask ALL the right questions. Or avoid Camelback Toyota all together.

I bought a car at Camelback Toyota this week and cannot say that it was the no pressure environment. It was actually the opposite. I was kept there 6 hrs trying bit to be ripped off. We finally came to a deal but I cannot say I would use them again. It was disappointing to say the least. I was kept waiting for a very long time. I should have just left and gone to another dealership. I did want a Toyota but not the hassle. I won't be back there for service.

Terrible experience overall The first day I dealt with a great sales trainee, but we couldn't get to a price I could agree to. As I was leaving, a different aggressive salesman chased after me and try to undersell the other in front of me. I had an appointment to get a change of oil on 12-27-19 at 1:30. My appointment was apparently with the guy named Robert. He doesn’t change oil he just oversees things I guess. I came little early, so an hour into it came to ask him how much longer; he was a bit rude and he was trying to tell me because I have a truck it takes longer. So I am still seating in the lobby and waiting, appearently another hour. You should not have an option to make an appointment if you can’t satisfy the time. 2020 Rav4 The salesman was professional and polite but I don't recommend using the online Dashboard, it was a waste of my time as I spent 4 hours at the dealership and no person even acknowledge the fact that it was done.

Never Experienced Anything Like That After communicating with Rianna for 3 days, we set-up an appointment for 10AM on Sunday to look at a certified pre-owned Toyota Camry . I showed up at 10:02AM, and after waiting for 15 minutes, I was informed that Rianna was not in. RIPPED ME OFF TWICE NOW IN 3 MONTHS TO OVER $1000!! The first time I took my vehicle in it was regarding a key issue that was covered by a extra service agreement I had purchased when I bought my vehicle. Well they told me that it wasn't the key issue but rather it was a gas issue. My vehicle had run just fine on this same tank of gas I had purchased a wk prior perfectly fine UNTIL the key issue. TREATED LIKE CRAP AND OVERCHARGED AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! THANKS FOR WASTING 5+ HOURS OF MY TIME EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. AN APPOINTMENT AT 1PM I GOT A CALL TO GET MY VEHICLE ASAP BEFORE THEY CLOSED ON FRIDAY AT 6:30PM THE MANAGER WAS ONLY ABLE TO SAY "well, we were busy today" On top of all that and the awful terrible customer service they overcharged me for some bs extra special oil I didn't sign off on AND never called me to confirm things before doing them EVEN THOUGH I SPECIFICALLY REQUIRED THEM TO. Lack of integrity We visited the dealership to see if we really wanted to buy the model we had in mind. Duarte was very helpful. Later we used an internet car buying service to look for that model. Camelback Toyota was one of 2 or 3 that responded. Their quoted price included "Total Dealer Fees & Accessories". On contacting Duarte, he quoted a price that was $200 over the internet price.
