I am a newbie to this thing you call yelp but when I needed to buy a birthday gift for my wife this is where I came to research. I have been there on two guest passes. Great place and I agree with the other comments...but come on....I now have a personal trainer that comes to my house once a week for $100 a month and the rest of the week I just do whatever we have worked on. But I am not one to use the gym for scial purposes...I mean the drive, the parking etc. I figured gee for that price could you not get a personal trainer..and yes you can....To each their own...I think the economy is speaking too us..even for those of us fortunate enough to afford... read more
Rude Staff and management, won't ever go there again, not talking about how showers are always dirty, talked with the manager about it and got mad about it, like guys come on have your place clean for customers

My rating is soley based on the bad experience we had at the kids club. Due to an event, my 3 kids (ages 6,5,3) were put in the nursery area together. Long story short, when I picked them up, my 2 oldest kids told me the lady taking care of them (called Anita who happens to be the director of the kids club) had grabbed my 3 year old and pulled her by her arm, forced her to sit down for time out and pushed her head down while doing so. Anita, our Youth Services Director, whom you call out in your review, was not working that day. Our staff member in charge saw your child climbing over a wall and was concerned about her safety. Decent gym but old building and equipment. If you do not like amenities then this is your place. Management closed the men's locker room in Oct/Nov to do a quick remodel, and said that it would reopen in December. Needless to say, each month we receive an email saying 'sorry that you are unable to access the amenities that you pay for (hot tub, cold plunge, steam room, sauna), but the remodel is going to take another month.' If you dislike amenities then this place is for you! $254/mo and they haven't had a working sauna/steam room since October...comical management
I have been a member of Camelback Village for nearly 7 years. I love the facility and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Paul Apanna makes the environment extra special!!! I just had a massage today at the spa with Chad... my mind is blown! It was absolutely one of the most incredible massages I have ever had.
Not safe racist management. Do not go there there. Those people support the genocide. They kicked out a member just because he's a Palestinian.
I love to workout here , I have been to other clubs ,I like The Village because they are friendly and I like the Country Club feel . If I ever a problem with the club they are right on top of it . Enjoy
