I had a massage with Bre. It was the best massage I have ever had! She resolved several trouble spots including some plantar fascitis I have suffered with recently. The facility was spotless, and is the definition of peaceful serenity. I highly recommend the spa and Bre.
I have been there on two guest passes. Great place and I agree with the other comments...but come on....I now have a personal trainer that comes to my house once a week for $100 a month and the rest of the week I just do whatever we have worked on. But I am not one to use the gym for scial purposes...I mean the drive, the parking etc. I figured gee for that price could you not get a personal trainer..and yes you can....To each their own...I think the economy is speaking too us..even for those of us fortunate enough to afford... read more

In fact your manager, Carol, called me over a year ago and personally invited me back. And since that time I received numerous emails directly from you inviting me to come back as well. We have a strong community built on member legacy with generations of families belonging to our club. Our staff builds strong relationships with members and treats them respectfully. We find this review an inappropriate representation of our members and staff.
There had been a false incident through an incompetent manager and I was "" discharged from the club you later I kept receiving nonstop emails from Laura Gilbert who's the manager of the club inviting me back? I just tried to contact her a couple times by phone and by email to which she did not respond until I got thisz. So an update 1) Another new GM. 3rd one in the last yr. This one has been denied the job several times at a couple locations. Hired in house with no tennis experience. Tennis side of the club is livid 2) Renovation to Men's wet area are 15 months in and dry sauna works, nope, closed for the 3rd time this month. New tile is cracking .... 3) New Tennis director teachs at the club and has applied 5 times and on the 6th attempt gets the job. Rude Staff and management, won't ever go there again, not talking about how showers are always dirty, talked with the manager about it and got mad about it, like guys come on have your place clean for customers

My rating is soley based on the bad experience we had at the kids club. Due to an event, my 3 kids (ages 6,5,3) were put in the nursery area together. Long story short, when I picked them up, my 2 oldest kids told me the lady taking care of them (called Anita who happens to be the director of the kids club) had grabbed my 3 year old and pulled her by her arm, forced her to sit down for time out and pushed her head down while doing so. Decent gym but old building and equipment. If you do not like amenities then this is your place. Management closed the men's locker room in Oct/Nov to do a quick remodel, and said that it would reopen in December. Needless to say, each month we receive an email saying 'sorry that you are unable to access the amenities that you pay for (hot tub, cold plunge, steam room, sauna), but the remodel is going to take another month.'
