I love being a member at the village! So many options to spice up your work out! They keep everything so clean and the facilities are extremely nice! I enjoy the yoga and the stretching classes! When it's nice out they have their yoga classes outside which is amazing!

My wife and I have been members here for over 15 years. We've seen the club go through major remodels, and now we've seen them survive COVID. We have two young children, and we think the Village gets it right for a family. I can't think of a better place to workout, play tennis, swim, etc. Our kids play basketball while my wife and I workout - and it's great. The trainers here are top quality- particularly Todd Hinsberger. They will help you setup a routine and help you get full value from the facility. They also have 30 min... read more

COVID-19 shower Village has been terrible with the safety during COVID. They made loud claims, but as I visited multiple times a week since the beginning of the pandemic, the situation wasn't being handled at the level it is supposed to. First of all, they allowed "face shields" without a mask. CDC guidelines explicitly say that shields are not enough equal to the mask. I wrote to the administration about my concerns, but was ignored. Village neglected the scientific proof of ineffectiveness of face shield and continued to e... read more

I've been a member at the Village for over two years now, and can say this is one of the best health clubs in Phoenix, especially if you're a tennis player (or looking into becoming one). Despite the weather being perfect almost year-round, finding great tennis courts around the valley can be a difficult task. The Village has 15 hardcourt tennis courts in total, and each one is kept in almost pristine condition year round. There are dozens of leagues for men/women/mixed singles and doubles, in addition to clinics and classes... read more

Nonsense! Your organization is NOT offering any "deep" membership discounts during COVID as you have suggested. Additionally, your organization doesn't even professionally respond to valid submitted questions about your so called discounted current membership rates when I have submitted inquires via your website 3x times thus far. From the actions of Village management, it seems as if only "profits" definitely come before the welfare of your "members" overall.

I joined in April 2020 and was not able to use the facility during the peak of COVID, which I completely understand, and membership dues were waived during this time as well. However coming back, classes were limited and masks mandated, also understood however I cannot work out with a mask nor were the times classes were offered worked in my schedule. So it was rendered useless for me. I went through Laura to see if I could get a credit or partial initiation fee (quite pricey by the way) back since I had just joined and bare... read more

I absolutely love this gym. Front desk people are amazing, as well as everybody else. (even housekeeping ladies are super sweet, Anna is my favorite). Instructors are the best! But Childcare people are above everything else. If not them, I woudn't be able to enjoy it as I do. They are absolutely out of this world super stars. Anita is the nicest person on earth! My little babies (1yo & 3 yo ) absolutely love them. Sindy, Debrah, Niccole, there is also a new guy, dont remember tht name, but everybody is so great. I was debati... read more

I have been a long-time member of the Village. I only took fitness classes and enjoyed Zumba, Step (especially Robert's Saturday morning class), Trampoline, and Kickboxing multiple times a week. For years, I went to the Village for Yoga classes but felt the program had declined, became unfocused, and lacked leadership so I opted to go to some of the local yoga studios instead. In general, I was content. When the Village initially re-opened (prematurely in my opinion), I put my membership on Hold and argued to have the fee wa... read more
