I love to workout here , I have been to other clubs ,I like The Village because they are friendly and I like the Country Club feel . If I ever a problem with the club they are right on top of it . Enjoy

So membership dues increased 3 yrs in a row. Club championship going on this weekend, and all the heaters are out of propane. 100+ unhappy people. When asked, we were told no managers were working? Give the bored kid $100 and send him to Safeway to exchange tanks? Pathetic management

Updated Response: Brett, annual dues increases are standard in the fitness industry and was necessary for the Village to help cover the increasing costs of doing business and maintaining our high-end facilities. Well, after countless attempts through the GM, wife and I, after many some serious thought decided to post a yelp review. The premise of the review is we like the club for the most part, but the management is terrible!!! So after a cpl of back and forth posts with the owner, Carol, she tells my wife to contact the GM who's the problem? Clueless

Chad, we have made changes to the men’s locker room the last few weeks and those changes included addressing the issue shared in the photos that were shared. We had to close the wet sauna for repairs so that everything is working properly and clean. If we need to work on an area of the club, we welcome members to use another nearby Village if needed. Such a wonderful club and fantastic group of dedicated staff. A fantastic tennis community and exercise facility. I highly recommend joining!
Beautiful Club- that has more than any other Club around- GREAT BAR and Restaurant, Fitness class schedule and WorkOut World, Awesome Tennis, and had an Outstanding Massage with PEGGY- Best experience-Ever- at any Fitness Club in the U.S. !!!

The Village on Camelback is a fine facility that's for sure. Most of the equipment is up to date, some not that much. It is by far the cleanest gym you will ever visit. The customer service can be a bit lacking. If you want to speak to someone other than the front counter or sales staff expect to be given the smile and nod and being told "they are not in or busy somewhere else" and you are told to email or try their Cel number. I love this place! I joined very recently and have been doing mat Pilates 3x/week and pickleball 3x/week. People are so friendly, staff helpful and professional, facilities unrivaled. It's expensive, yes, but you get what you pay for.
A super club, clean, efficient, friendly, comfortable, and an escape in the city. The only health club I know that actually feels like an oasis around Camelback the spa and salon have expert staff who accommodate and are very friendly. I love the place.
