Our property manager, Brenda Kettwig, is doing a tremendous job for us at Gardens North Condominium Association. She finished up our paving project, is in the midst of finalizing the planting of the trees that we lost after Hurricane Irma, and she is getting ready to send out for painting bids for painting all 67 of our buildings later this year. I would like to commend Tish Henry who works in the office. While I was a resident and board member, she kept me informed of our building's financials. After I moved away, my pleas for a refund of an automatic withdrawal seemed to fall on deaf ears. Leave it to Tish; she took care of everything and I received my refund; thank you Tish, very much.

I want to shout out Mark Graham at Campbell Property Management. He has really helped with our new purchase at Palm Aire Royal Point B. He is friendly, helpful and very prompt.
