Nicely Renovated Room A very nice renovated room. Great kitchenette with everything you need.
Spacious rooms with a mini-kitchen and conveniently located in midtown about 7 blocks south from the heart of Times Square. There are multiple subway stations nearby that can take you to all over New York City. The only minus is the fairly large number of mentally ill homeless people on the street outside the hotel but the hotel has no control over that.
The elevator was fast and the air conditioner Was great thats it
Not for us It is a very tall hotel and only one elevator worked - waited for 15 minutes usually - I was on the 30th floor. I was basic and clean but the area is not good for visitors…it’s a bit rough (I lived in NYC). Staff were kind but the elevator had been out for days…
Free laundry and gym was great, fridge did not work and had to be changed, difficulty communicating with staff in English, housekeeping staff tried their best though
It was convenient location, but room was lacking. We booked the handicapped room, but it was a big mistake. The room had very little natural light and the lighting was poor.. The TV had only a few channels that came in clearly and the others were fuzzy or non existent. The technician did try to reprogram the TV and it made it a little bit better. The shower had a hose because it was a handicapped bathroom and water would get all over the floor. We had to build a “dam” of towels to keep the water in. At times the water was su... read more
