I was charged a " tourist Tax" in USD. and that was not listed on the Expedia website when I put the restoration through.
Please try to avoid this hotel as much as you can. We had two rooms and both have list of serious problems, the manager agreed to issue partial refund as long as we don’t request the room change but refused the refund after we checked out. No response when trying to follow up. The problems of the rooms including; (1) No working microwave / missing microwave (2) Non-working cooktop (3) Cooktops in both rooms have large chip at the corner hence the wires underneath were exposed (4) Closet door cannot get fully closed (5) Hair ... read more

Whoever Laura is she has terrible customer service I’ll start with that. Kenny is a great manager he checked us in very smoothly everything he did was correct. The 1st two nights went well it was quiet and we got rest , the 3rd night a guest checked in with 3 dogs next door from us and the dogs were barking all night and morning. We asked someone at the front desk for an accommodation and got no call back or response back. It was just a terrible night. Overall the spot is decent laundry is free
