upset about the lack of proper elevator They have 16 people elevator for 192 suites in each suite could be average of two people plus staying There is no room service Towel service on request is not being fulfilled You have to go standby the reception so they can bring your towels to you No trash pick up service Air condition system is old very noisy For laundry, they sell you order a gallon of detergent for $12. One elevator never worked the entire week we were there. That meant that we sat in over 80° on the fourth floor for over 30 minutes every time we wanted to leave our room. With MS, I couldn’t possibly have done the stairs. We were there for five days and not once would they clean our room. We asked. They said they will only do it if we’re there for a week. The room was not clean when we got to it. Lights in the bathroom didn’t work, the fan didn’t work..
This hotel is a rip off. It tired and not clean. They rip you off with a resort fee and smirk when you question what it is for. The elevator didn’t work. They don’t clean rooms. Avoid it!
