The employee who put the temporary tag on the car stripped out the screw mounts on the rear license plate holder of the Tesla I purchased. They even used two completely different screws to do it. I'll have to go to the Tesla dealership to get it replaced. Meanwhile, the temp tag is just hanging on by the paper and plastic.

Worst car experience ever! Staff were so unprofessional and did not know what they were doing. Every department that I talked to has told me “they don’t know what goes on back here” in regards to the previous department I spoke to. I sent everything in 4 days in advance to buying this car and was told to just come in to sign some paperwork and all would be good. I was there for over 3 hours. Nothing has been done and they didn’t even know where our wired money was or the bankers check. Now they have called me multiple times ... read more

This dealership is worst then a debt agency calling you messaging you 6-7 pm at night to rate your experience. If I felt my experience was worth rating good or bad I would of. I was hounded many times since I left the dealership to rate my experience and tried bribing me with detailing and fuel to leave it. I had to block the number callinge because it was so bad.

There customer service needs to improve before I can think about going back. If I purchase a new vehicle from you, you should treat that customer right because not only did I purchase one but I have gotten a total of 5 different vehicles,

Staff was friendly and had a good overall experience. Music was too loud, distracting, and obnoxious. Restrooms needed more attention.

You keep my truck for olmos 2weeks and for what i got it back the same way i droped off

The communication was poor and the service was unreliable. The serviceman ran diagnostics knowing that part was not GM part.
