I found two weeks too long for you to have my car. It was 4 days before seen at all, then a week for parts before working on car.

Both service manager and his service advisor need more training. Inability or unwilling to communicate, coordinate with the involved parties and lack of overall interest in Chevy customers.

I dropped my car off for 2 recalls and was told 3-4 days. Well, 2 1/2 weeks later I go to pick it up and it wouldn't even start!! So I told them, "it was running fine when I dropped it off. Never had one issue with it starting!" I left it there and said call me when it's ready. I called for weeks trying to reach a manager or someone that could help me. If you are looking for a new Chevrolet, do not patronize Capitol Chevrolet. For my truck transaction, the finance department lied about the financing offers I received. I learned this when I started receiving letters from various banks in the mail telling me the terms they had extended to me through Capitol Chevrolet. The service department is very good. Mercedez in particular is great and worked hard to help me. She would be a reason to come back for service. What I did not like is the numerous calls and text from sales trying to hook me into a pressured conversation about buying my truck. This "I have important information to share with you from my manager" is nothing but a ploy. I told the first person I wasn't interested last week. The sales team was amazing and knowledgeable. However when it came to financing the vehicle; the finance team added plans I said no to, wouldn't answer questions, promised discounts he never added and failed to include part of the paperwork. Overall it felt super shady and predatory. I would never do business at this dealership again exclusively for that reason. I would strongly caution anyone shopping here to review your paperwork multiple times before signing anything.

my experience with Capitol Chevy’s pre-owned department was not positive. I had been exchanging texts and emails with Jennifer Sosa regarding a pre-owned 2021 Trail Boss that I wanted to see. Just before the appointment I went to look at the link for the car again and it had been removed. Horrible experience. We were sold a brand new vehicle that ended up having mechanical issues as soon as we drove off the lot. The parts to fix it were on back order with no ETA and the truck was not drivable. After several days of being lied to by multiple people and them not being able to locate an equivalent truck, we cancelled the deal and went to a different dealership.

I realize that there are challenges and obstacles servicing any mechanical device. I also realize there are challenges to parts and materials. But what I cannot understand is why Capital Chevrolet service department cannot find 5 minutes to pickup a phone and have an honest conversation.
