Some of the worse sales service I've ever received. Promise promise promise..... and never a returned call. Got a bed liner in a brand new truck that doesn't fit correctly and looks like it was used before they slapped it in my truck. I could go in and in with more examples but just isn't worth the time. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.
I live 5 hours from Austin..... called about a HD3500 truck. After speaking/texting with Nick, I wanted to purchase vehicle. TEXT info back and forth and then he quit texting back. Figured he was busy so I waited hour and called. Thats when he informed me someone walked in after we had started the purchase and wanted the truck so he wasn't going to respond to me until he knew if they were going to buy truck or not. Hilariously I was given an email from some customer support person that doesn't work. Make sense. Sales process failed. Email failed.
0 is my rating for the service , they keep giving me the go around on my sons truck , he bought it brand new with the platinum warranty , he did all maintenance through their service department but they didn't tell him he needed to have his lefts torque at the first 500 miles , that he had the truck , he didn't get the paper work warranty on it either Alone with all the other warranty papers but the dealer source that the lefts where the lefts where installed from helped torque the lefts and aligned the front but the tires... read more
Wow do I ever regret my previous 5 star review. Just two weeks after purchasing my new Equinox and I can't get any help or support. The backup camera stays on when I shift into drive, the Bluetooth wont connect and when it does, it won't allow me to accept any calls. I turned it in on Tuesday to get fixed and all the service advisor has done is make excuses why they can't "duplicate" the problem, even tho it occurred right in front of the advisor! If I could do half a star I would. How can a company run someone's credit without their consent. Let alone show them any cars while on the premises for 2 hrs. Beyond disappointed with this customer service. Being military this is definitely not one place I would ever recommend. Oh and maybe it was Because I was military with a trade in .
I scheduled a appointment for my service airbag warning on my 2015 cadillac. I was very specific about the needed repair when I confirmed the appointment. When I arrived the service advisor said " Oh, we don't do those kinds of repairs here, they are done at the other shop and they are 2 to 3 days out". Then why wasn't I scheduled for that repair in that shop when I was specific obout my needs. Very poor service. When I called to get more information I was told that they don't service cadillacs. GM was rude and full of empty promises. Was attempted to be scammed out of a $1000 for a car that never existed. Wanted the money up front. Without ever seeing vehicle, let alone driving it. Complete runaround. Waste of an entire day. Awful. No return calls or emails, after multiple attempts.
I made the mistake of selling my Silverado to Erick in the Used Car Dept. This guy was either extremely lazy or entirely incompetent. I was told that it would take 4-7 business days for my check to process and that I could come back and pick it up. A week goes by and I go over there twice to try and get my check, and it becomes evident that Erick had not properly communicated the terms of the sale to the Finance Dept., resulting in the check having made no momentum in processing.
