I scheduled an oil change appointment for 10:30 on 7/18/22. It's 1:15pm and they haven't finished yet. They said "another 15 minutes and it'll be done." Definitely not coming back for a simple oil change again. If they don't have the staff to respect appointment time, don't overschedule customers if you know it's going to take forever to get everyone through. Going somewhere else instead starting today. Lost another customer & I'm not sorry.
Our sales rep was amazing but I absolutely resent the $10,000 inventory charge over and above the listed price. Capitol Chevrolet advertised a vehicle we bought at one price but when you called they told you at that time about the extra $10,000!!!! And the extra, third party warranty was pushed and pushed and pushed. They even let the dealership eat some charges to entice us to buy the warranty but the total sales price stayed the same. This Chevy dealer charges a gripe for servicing your vehicle and they do inferior work. They don't protect your car from the elements and this dealership left my car in an area where it got damaged and sustained damage to the paint job. I would not recommend this place for servicing there all about money.
Can I rate this a 0? First, I come in to look at a car and test drive it. I came back and started doing paperwork. Told me "I promise you will leave the lot with this car" The salesman was being sketchy and sent his manager in to finish my paperwork, then goes to "check on something" and tells me the car has been sold to someone else. I'd drove from San Antonio to Austin with a cashier's check ready to buy a vette. After almost 2 hours, and talking to 4 sales guys and one manager, they still couldn't manage to show me the car ( first they couldn't find it, then it was being "serviced") they couldn't give me the price on another vette on the lot and seemed incapable of providing any semblance of customer service what-so-ever. Purchased my 2021 Chevy Silverado Trailboss back in February 2021 the truck didn't even hit 1,000 miles before the lifters went out for the first time. About 4 months later after getting the lifters fixed, they went out again. Left me stranded 4 hours away from home. Truck went back to the dealership and 7 months later guess what yup! had a bad experience constantly pressured and constantly called after i repeatedly said i was gonna think about it. they tried to get me to sign for a car before i even got to test drive it and ran my credit when i asked to wait until i drove it. had a bad experience with the salesman eric vargas would give no stars if i could. he was just looking for a sale
el peor servicio que e recibido, compre un camaro ss y de principio para comprarlo me hablaban cada hora , compre el carro firme y todo , y a las 2 semanas me hablaron otra vez a firmar y en esa vez me vendieron un seguro para el carro y un paquete de tinte aire y más cosas que nunca hicieron me cobraron 1500 por unos plásticos de 10 dólares hablé con el gerente y me dijo que no se podía hacer nada no les recomiendo este lugar y si compran cuídense con los vendedores
Wanted to sell my 2017 Corvette and after some negotiating got the price to 55k on Friday. Was also interested in ordering a new Corvette in three months as well. Told them I would sleep on the offer and be in touch. On Monday I returned to the dealer and had the title out and tags removed and ready to sign.
