I took my 21 trailblazer in 2/20 because my check engine light came on dropped off my vehicle with service advisor Lafayette when it came time to leaving my vehicle for repair he told me that a small test was ran and it looked like it was inside the engine which was causing problems I asked a couple of questions to better understand and was responded with a very rude reply like as if I should have know or as if my question was dumb I let that communication go. officially thieves. they have our money and we have no vehicle. this is the third time that we have been burned by these people. and of course now they will not return our calls and if we show up at the dealership they smile and walk quickly away. capitol chevrolet you have until march 2nd to return our money. if not by then this will be just the beginning. enough is enough! general manager read your reviews, there are plenty of other people out there that think you suck!
Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I sat in the dealership for over 15 hours waiting to buy a vehicle as they ignored me. Can't trust these people. After all that, they stuck in hidden fees without telling me. AVOID THIS PLACE !!
I bought my car in 2021. They had to paint the car for repairs. It took them a year to get the paint job right after many calls to the manager of Capital Chevrolet with no results or return phone calls. I show up to get my oil changed. I was only supposed to take an hour and a half and took two hours. Then they tell me it's going to take two hours to get a protective strip put on the back end of my car that should've been there after the paint job two years ago. I took my car in for service. It took 3 weeks. Repairs that I was specifically told were covered by warranty were surprisingly no longer covered when I showed up to pick up my car. The service manager came in to the lobby and--even though I showed him the text where the service rep told me there'd be no charge--insisted that they told me there would be a charge and what it was going to be when I picked up the car. He lied to me repeatedly in the lobby and told me he'd take out the parts if I didn't want to pay. No one return... read more
Lafayette at Capital Chevrolet is exactly the type of person you don't want working on your car. After weeks of waiting for them to diagnose and fix the problem- I get the car back literally exactly as it went in - spraying gasoline under the hood onto the engine. When I told Lafayette that it was danger and exactly as it was when it went in and Capital needed to come and get the car and fix it - here is his response- he let me know he wasn't the tech nor did he build the car (really?), and I could have it towed in myself ... read more
DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!! This is the worst place to buy a car, MAKE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT.. they rip you off, don't return calls, lie about what they are giving you for your trade in. If you don't want to regret buying a car with a dealership that is dishonest. Then definitely stay away from here.
Charges 3500 for dealership addon. According to GM they are losing money selling at msrp.
Aileem Garcia, Sales person took care of us up until we financed the vehicle. After this process she left us hanging and was not actively responsive to our concerns and issues. We also waited for 3 weeks to get the vehicle transported out of state with our efforts and hard work to do so. I will not recommend nor go here again to purchase a vehicle.
