My decision to become a client of Caring Hands was taken after I spoke with Kateryna who I knew before I became a client. My dog was experiencing some serious GI issues, and Kateryna found appropriate words to convince me and my husband to schedule with Dr.Campfield. It was an exceptional customer service experience. Dr. Campfield took care of our baby as if it were her own dog. Nothing, but grateful. Strongly recommend!
Hello everyone! ❤️ The clinic is good!👍🏻 The administrator Ekaterina helped me a lot, I didn't even have any questions about what to do!😍 I needed to make documents to leave the USA - Ekaterina explained everything to me in detail and efficiently! I also met a wonderful doctor here!🙏🏻🥰 Thank you so much! My dog was happy to come here again, I'm not kidding, this was the first time! The documents were correct and issued on time as we agreed!
Caring indeed! Every staff member and veterinarian we have encountered has been accommodating, knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful. We brought our sweet Peanut Butter in to see them in December and ended up losing him that day; Dr. Garcia and the entire team at both the Clarendon and Alexandria locations handled our emergency exquisitely. Not only were our animals well cared for, but so were we. All of our current and future animals will be in the care of Caring Hands.
Thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Dr. Bailey Goff is kind, compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable. She and the tech we worked with went above and beyond to make my pup feel comfortable and to not expose him to any undue distress. It's very apparent that they are well versed in animal behavior which unfortunately was not our experience at another vet in the area. I'm so glad we found this place! Highly recommend.
Dr. Shessel and the vet techs are amazing! I’ve been going there for over a year and the team was so kind, gentle, and professional, and they treated my dog like their own. I left feeling so grateful for their care and compassion. Highly recommend seeing her and the whole Caring hands team. Fantastic service.
