Fair It is so old, smelly, need to change the sheets, bed spread and curtains. No breakfast The location was great

The stay was ok The bed, DVD did not work, room was not cleaned, door did not lock. The location was convenient

Ad made Camel Inn sound quaint but no breakfast or refund, I don't think I received good value. Breakfast touted originally when signing up but not available. Kitchenette also stated, but not in my room Had hard time getting t.v. to turn on-- no written instructions or channel guide provided. In room refrigerator set much too low, and knob to adjust removed. Had to improvise using tweezers, but got it to work! No curtain on bathroom window which looks out to hallway. AWFUL UNETHICAL HOTEL Do yourself a favor and don't stay here - they don't care about you or the service they are allegedly (ie NOT) providing. Times are hard - we understood no breakfast or pool because of the pandemic. When the TV was broken as well, we asked for some kind of discount. Here's how it went: All plugs and cables behind TV were unplugged upon arrival. We plugged them in and tried to fix TV, static. Went to front desk for help, they made some suggestions, didn't work. acceptable some confusion- first room not cleaned, second room another person walked in with a key. simple communication mistake. Family that ran it was very nice and were apologetic

Stay here if you need to Sorry, I combined the good, the bad, and the ugly in the first section There was no breakfast available (because of covid, they said), they told us at check in, no mention of it on the website , and no attempt at making accommodations because of it. Parking lot is small, spaces are impractical to get in and out of; pool area drained, dirty and closed off (understandable, but again, no mention of it at booking); room was nice, bathroom looked re-done with beautiful materials, but had a dead spider on ... read more

unclean rooms non attentive staff night stands were water damaged and falling apart, the wire conduit for the wall lamp was falling off the wall and hanging freely. The toilet has stains all around the base from not being cleaned. Upon check out the clerk was sitting on the arm of the couch with her feet on the cushions on her phone and said just leave the keys on the counter. Never asked about our stay Location to town

Disappointing Very poor/spotty almost non-existent Wi-Fi connection, tight parking spaces, people running around & making banging noises at almost midnight hours. They advertised “Free breakfast” as it’s showing in Booking.com but we were told at check-in there won’t be breakfast “due to COVID-19” as the front desk clerk points to the sign. I asked if we should get a rate discount but she says “NO” and just shrugged her shoulder. I suggested that they should change their ad to inform the customers. No response.
