Will not recommend this hotel. Very disappointing. My reservation coincided with severe weather conditions, streets were flooded, electrical power was down, restaurants were closed and all beached accesses were damaged. My attempts to reschedule were handled badly and very unprofessional, resulting in a complete loss of my reservation costs. Usually I visit Carmel every year at this low tourist time and could not not understand why the staff could not accommodate me considering this historical storm. Nothing.

Poor There was no breakfast even though the booking said it would include that. Liked the location and the place in general

Very poor service, inconveniences and sloppy housekeeping--definitely not worth the price. Desk clerk was not present on the property--had to call and then wait up to ten minutes for him to come from elsewhere. Coffee still in coffee pot, used toiletries left on tray, food in the refrigerator. Bed was not a full king (measured it--70 x 76). No breakfast was available, although our reservation clearly stated that it would be. Served our purpose but would not stay again. Room was cold and damp. Light switches were odd and not standard.tv remote was not connected to dish service. Wi-Fi was not showing up upon search and when it would, it would only be available for a few moments then it would go out. Ice maker wasn’t working.. Bed and bath linens were clean. Good location to walk to many fun restaurants and shops.
