Fair Staff never in office...had to call a phone number and then they came, and were very nice when they came. Pictures showed fireplaces...none. Bedding and towels great quality. Bathroom was nice. Maid service good and friendly.

Bad The day after I left I was charged an additional £360 on my card. I’ve been in contact with Booking.com to get this back from the hotel and it’s been almost two weeks and still nothing. The guy in reception was clueless and took about an hour to check in as well. Lovely area but would recommend staying elsewhere
will not stay here again no closet or place to hang clothes..uncomfortable bed and very bad pillows and left continental breakfast for us and housekeeping took it back before we had a chance to eat any of it conveniently located that’s all

Disappointing The room was warm, and we needed too use the fan to keep it cool, but the fan was on a motion timer and would turn off overnight, we would wake up and need to restart it. This happened about 5 times through the night. The shade was also broken and the included breakfast very lackluster. Great location, friendly staff

Never again! Ridiculous „value“! Never again! First assigned room (304) smelled awfully bad: mildew in the wardrobe. Second room (303) seemed ok, but toilet did not work properly and flushing was not possible. In the morning we checked for those breakfast baskets in front of our door at 6am, 7am and 8 am: nothing there. Office was closed, phone outside did not work. So we had breakfast at a local coffee shop for 47$. Manager refused to compensate, because breakfast baskets were delivered at 0845am! Never again will we return... read more
