Muy buena relación precio - calidad No deberían indicar que incluye desayuno, ya que es muy escaso. Te dan algunos productos envasados y no son muy buenos. En general nuestra estadía fue muy buena. En Carmel todo es muy caro pero la relación precio calidad de este hotel nos pareció muy buena. Habitación limpia y cómoda, con los servicios básicos, y personal muy amable.
Frustrations and wasted time I didnt expect on an important trip. Trying to be nice rooms in an old motel but the nice didnt work. Paid for suite and got an L shaped room with no view of TV from couch, and noisy fountain outside. Got switched to a non-suite room and didnt receive promised credit. This second room also had no microwave, tv with non removable Ads all over screen, lights over desk not working, and garbage cans outside the door. Won’t return. This is an old motel renamed into the Clarion connection but not upgraded. The room is small, somewhat dank, with almost no space for putting anything. The lighting is dim, the electrical outlets few and in poor shape. The place would have been a deal at $89; at $200,which is what we paid, it is a total ripoff. The location is good. It is quiet. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water. I appreciated the frig and microwave. The clesnliness level was good.
Worked out well WiFi could have been better and walls thin to where I could hear loud neighbors Centrally located, great customer service....johnathan will help you with whatever didn’t met your expectations and even allowed us a late check out....close to shopping and walking distance to everything.
Disappointing This hotel is not cheap but it looks like a motel. The location is perfect.
For the price, not a good value. The location was great though. The parking, and the carpet looked dirty and in need of replacement. A little bit pricey for the quality of the room. The location.
For the price, I would not recomend this facility. Facility maintained not very good, the bathroom has holes in the wall, paint on the tiles, the room is actually quite cramped and very tight,, I opened the window shades one of the blinds fell on to the floor it was broken. The bed spread was stained Duvea cover was torn, the cost of the room compared to the value is no good. The facility is very centrally located
See above! The overall maintenance on the building was deficient. The drive way was never swept there were empty milk boxes stacked up. The parking area was loaded with building supplies, carpet, wood and other things that made the place look like it was under construction, the ice machine needed to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned.
