Disappointing tiny shower. Room key didn't work many times and had to keep calling manager at night in the cold to let us in. Difficult to heat room. Deceit location. Bed very comfortable. Good maid service. ok breakfast. quiet.

Would not recommend Poor WiFi Fan automatically turns off if no motion sensed. Wake up sweating at night, no AC. If windows left open, a lot of street noise. Dump truck wakes you up early Good

High Price Low Quality The Queen Suite was disappointing and the mattress was beyond horrible. I could feel the squeaky springs and the whole mattress sloped into into the center - all hidden under an old comforter! Location is fantastic!

Anniversary trip The carpet needs to be replaced or at least cleaned. Location is excellent. Room was fine except for the carpet which was dirty and worn. Bathroom was nice and had a window. Bed was comfortable with nice linens. The manager was very nice, friendly and accommodating. He seemed to like his job. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. It was delivered in a cute little basket.

Disappointing They don't wash their sheets, which is distressing especially when they claim to adhere to COVID-19 guidelines. I found hair on my pillow case and sheets. Unfortunately, their registration desk/office closes in the evening so I was unable to request fresh sheets until the following morning, which they were unable to fulfill right away. We had to cover our bed with the towels provided, which I can only hope were clean. The hotel should adhere to the standards published, which should be in line with current COVID... read more

Shocked by great reviews - stay clear of 304. I was really surprised after all the great reviews to find our room to be really bad. Maybe it's the bad apple. In case it is... stay clear of 304. Dingy, dirty carpet and finishes that show their age. A ceiling fan that is noisy. And all the lights are on timers and motion sensors... very annoying.
