Served our purpose but would not stay again. Room was cold and damp. Light switches were odd and not standard.tv remote was not connected to dish service. Wi-Fi was not showing up upon search and when it would, it would only be available for a few moments then it would go out. Ice maker wasn’t working.. Bed and bath linens were clean. Good location to walk to many fun restaurants and shops.
Fair Staff never in office...had to call a phone number and then they came, and were very nice when they came. Pictures showed fireplaces...none. Bedding and towels great quality. Bathroom was nice. Maid service good and friendly.

Bad The day after I left I was charged an additional £360 on my card. I’ve been in contact with Booking.com to get this back from the hotel and it’s been almost two weeks and still nothing. The guy in reception was clueless and took about an hour to check in as well. Lovely area but would recommend staying elsewhere
will not stay here again no closet or place to hang clothes..uncomfortable bed and very bad pillows and left continental breakfast for us and housekeeping took it back before we had a chance to eat any of it conveniently located that’s all

Disappointing The room was warm, and we needed too use the fan to keep it cool, but the fan was on a motion timer and would turn off overnight, we would wake up and need to restart it. This happened about 5 times through the night. The shade was also broken and the included breakfast very lackluster. Great location, friendly staff
