Waited 15 min to get our coffee. Waited another 35 min to get our meal. Our server Vickie was nice enough but something was dreadfully wrong with kitchen. TERRIBLE SERVICE. WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!! Asked to speak with Mgr but he was conveniently "unavailble." Our bill was $41.14 for a breakfast that took 50 minutes to deliver. Thats without tip. 14 minutes and still no one greeted us, had to ask manager and they she said we will get to you, then server became rude like it's our fault she can't greet in a normal time. Ask supervisor for a boss and she never sent anyone. 13 tables in restaurant and 4 servers and 1 supervisor and they can do there job. Horrible Horrible Horrible. There owners the Carano's would be embarrassed with their service

Once again I decided to give Carnegie's a second chance. Big mistake! I ordered two sandwiches to go 25 minutes ago and still no sign of them. If you are in a hurry, this is not the place to go! I need to not give them any more chances!

This place has horrible service! I had high expectations for this cafe but a total let down. The host sat us right away because there was no in waiting, there were a few people in the cafe nothing outrageous. We waited for our server we waited and waited as the host and to other waitresses we chatting it up. Finally I got up an d asked the host who is our waitress? Sorry to say but nothing like it was before we got here at 8:30, still here at 10:30. Did not get all of our orders. The wait staff was really nice but service was REAL SLOW

The breakfast is good, I would never order a burger there again, it's the size of something on a dollar menu & sent it back once because it was way to done, ordered another one medium, came well done again & the wrong cheese, if you dine there do yourself a favor & make sure Sydney is your server, sweetest waitress in Laughlin Brewhouse is better food !

Definitely disappointed with the food here ordered chicken strips onion rings and a hamburger to go waited 40 minutes for our Order the onion rings were not fully cooked chicken strips looked over cooked and were not worth ten dollars we got a refund but not until the next day when the manager was in ...bad customer service I have posted a picture of the strips they said this is how they serve them

(STOP BEWARE OF THIS PLACE PHOTO TO SHOW ) There was five in our party for breakfast. My wife and son had The steak and eggs, I had the Denver omelette with hashbrowns, my daughter-in-law had French toast and my grandson had pancakes . When we got the food I took a bite of the Omelette it was just disgusting. I took a bite of the hash brown and it was disgusting and tasted like Old oil .
