What a disgrace the food here is expensive and such low quality, shame on the owners for serving this dog food to all the nice old people who spend money gambling, even the fries where so bad we couldn't even eat half the dish, don't waist your time or money here just go to in n out or outback...

I got a coffee at the pool cafe across the hall from Carnegie in the same Tropicana casino and they said "no outside drinks " even though it's from the same casino!!!! I had to throw a full coffee away so we could eat here!!! The food sucked, and the service sucked!!! Don't ever eat here, it's terrible.

Don't bother. We thought to eat here will staying at the Tropicana but the cattle style entry and order system ruined our appetite. Seemed very "Walmart". Walked over the the bakery in the hotel and the food was acceptable, the cashier wasn't. If you work in the service industry, try to at least fake being pleasant. Not going to repeat my business in this antiquated, run down, poorly laid out establishment again.

We came for our breakfast. we got burned sausage and cold pancake. We asked our server to get two new sausages so she did, but she back with one burned and one almost burnt. The coffee was really weak. Very disappointed.

Meals are expensive and small here. They didn't get both of our orders right and they forgot to give us the sauces that we paid extra for. Also, Tweakers hang out here and shout at customers. Not just one but several...

Food was as expected. The PROBLEM was the server. New Years eve, about 2:30, Caucasian glasses long braid. We asked her what kind of beer she's had and her reply was "you guys have a drink on the table I'm not going to jail for you." Happily, we were able to wave over another waitress who told us what kind of beer they had and brought us each one immediately. Judgey judgey! That chick is working in the wrong place! And the other server got her whole tip ....
Really poor service, while there was no shortage of staff, it seemed like we were wearing our invisibility cloak and couldn't even get them to bring water for almost 10 minutes. It was just about my walk-out point but not many choices off season. Food was OK, not great and not fast. Prices were on the high side. For two of us it was nearly $60.
Robert, our wait staff was a sweet heart! Otherwise, this would be a 0 rating. No one I was with was happy with the food. I got down late, so didn't see it. Biscuits and gravy had been sitting ready to go for awhile, cold and congealed. Bagel wasn't toasted.... Etc. If I wasn't starving, I'd have sent it back and so should everyone else!
