My wife and i stopped into Carpetland in West Allis to look for tile and flooring for two bathroom remodels. We were overwhelmed with the options and styles but thankfully Rick Jacobs was our sales rep. He helped us navigate through their huge selection and created a beautiful design for each bathroom . He was extremely knowledgeable on the products and the process. Pricing was less than we anticipated which was great. The experience was a 10/10. Do yourself a service and ask for Rick J.!
We worked with Rick Jacobs on helping my son find the right flooring for his new condo! Rick was very helpful in this process and made sure that the work would get completed in time for our son to move in. The laminate flooring turned out beautiful, the installers did an incredible job. We couldn’t be happier!

We are so pleased with the stress-free service we received from our sales team of Julie and Ken. Julie helped us match the current flooring we already had in our home and Ken went above and beyond to help us place our order and schedule the flooring installation. I had a wonderful experience at Carpetland and I'm so happy to have found such a beautiful floor for my home. I made several trips back and forth to the store trying to find flooring for half of my house and I worked with John, Marc and Ken. They all were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient.
