We had a large part of our carpeting removed and flooring installed.....The installers did an excellent job and the sales representaitve, Bruce, did a great job explaining the entire process. Very happy with our experience replacing our flooring in our kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, foyer. Conrad was very helpful with all our questions and concerns. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and be a return customer great selection and choices.
Conrad Dotzler was very instrumental in our planning our remodel to create a mother in law suite in our home. He was very patient with us and took as much time as we needed to pick just the right carpeting. He made the journey enjoyable.

My wife and i stopped into Carpetland in West Allis to look for tile and flooring for two bathroom remodels. We were overwhelmed with the options and styles but thankfully Rick Jacobs was our sales rep. He helped us navigate through their huge selection and created a beautiful design for each bathroom . He was extremely knowledgeable on the products and the process. Pricing was less than we anticipated which was great. The experience was a 10/10. Do yourself a service and ask for Rick J.!
We worked with Rick Jacobs on helping my son find the right flooring for his new condo! Rick was very helpful in this process and made sure that the work would get completed in time for our son to move in. The laminate flooring turned out beautiful, the installers did an incredible job. We couldn’t be happier!
