I have always found the staff to be extremely caring and respectful towards my aunt. She is very happy and always smiling. The staff dress her well and with thought. She is well presented whenever I visit. There is a lovely, caring atmosphere in the home and I am always made to feel welcome.

My mother has been a resident in Carter House for over six years. Although the home may not be as well presented and modern as many, the staff are warm and friendly and have taken great care of mum over the years.

We were lucky that my father could spend the last few months at Carter House care home. Lovely that we could visit with his dog. The nursing care provided was exceptional.
The home, staff and customer relations manager have managed my client's transition from home to Carter House very well. They have been kind, caring, supportive at all times and continually assess the change of needs this has needed. She, myself and the family are very happy with how this has been managed and have full confidence in my client's future there. Thank you. It has been such a relief to all concerned.
We feel we are so lucky to come to Carter House. We feel confident leaving mum here and she is well looked after.
We were looking for Nursing Care for our Aunt and visited Carter House without an appointment late on a Friday afternoon in May. The manager was lovely and very welcoming, she showed us all around the home and we immediately knew it would be ideal. We have visited our Aunt a few times now and can show up whenever we want.
