I am not one to complain so I won't. However, I am one who will give praise to someone who goes above and beyond their call of duty. Kathy at Cavender's is awesome! She made sure that I was satisfied with the whole process of buying online. She is a woman of her word and very professional. Thank you Cavender's for employee's like Kathy!

My wife and I went their on Black Friday Sale over last weekend. Cavender's sell real nice top quality composite work cowboy boots . I purchased 2 pair Ariat Composite Cowboy boots for work. The Customer service employees were very nice , friendly and helpful. Helping me to find the boots i needed for work. I would highly recommend to anyone to go to Cavender's Boot City.

Bought a second pair today and can't wait to wear them out this weekend. Super comfy and comfortable.
Very good service with the guys working uo and down the aisles of boots. But the service at the checkout counter was just "okay." The girl just shrugged Ed her shoulders and told us, "i on't know, i juz work here's." So that's the reason for 4/5 stars.
Went there to get a pair new pair of boots and the salesmen is boots were fantastic. Once I got to the front the cashier that checked me out was extremely rude. Her name was Paige and she was giving me very bad attitude and seemed like she didn't enjoy her job. Other than that the store has a fantastic selection of boots and clothes. Highly recommend!
Great customer service. The most friendly people and best selection of western wear.
