Always our favorite place to shop and visit. Great selection of boots for men and women. There is also many things to see , we could look for hours. This store is nice and clean but most of all, the staff is so welcoming. I always get the best help. This time from Dallas, she took the time to show me and give me her opinion on boots. We made our purchases again and left Cavender's Boot City with a big smile. Always our go to visit, when we visit Texas. Definitely coming back .

Troy was absolutely amazing while my husband and I were shopping for boots. He was super helpful and patient and even was very kind/engaging with our 11 month old son. If you're in the market for anything I can't recommend Troy enough!

My wife and I went their on Black Friday Sale over last weekend. Cavender's sell real nice top quality composite work cowboy boots . I purchased 2 pair Ariat Composite Cowboy boots for work. The Customer service employees were very nice , friendly and helpful. Helping me to find the boots i needed for work. I would highly recommend to anyone to go to Cavender's Boot City.

Bought a second pair today and can't wait to wear them out this weekend. Super comfy and comfortable.
Very good service with the guys working uo and down the aisles of boots. But the service at the checkout counter was just "okay." The girl just shrugged Ed her shoulders and told us, "i on't know, i juz work here's." So that's the reason for 4/5 stars.
Went there to get a pair new pair of boots and the salesmen is boots were fantastic. Once I got to the front the cashier that checked me out was extremely rude. Her name was Paige and she was giving me very bad attitude and seemed like she didn't enjoy her job. Other than that the store has a fantastic selection of boots and clothes. Highly recommend!
