Juan in the boot section was a huge help! Assisted me in finding a very good value boot very quickly and gave a firm handshake. Big fan!

Very good service with the guys working uo and down the aisles of boots. But the service at the checkout counter was just "okay." The girl just shrugged Ed her shoulders and told us, "i on't know, i juz work here's." So that's the reason for 4/5 stars.
Went there to get a pair new pair of boots and the salesmen is boots were fantastic. Once I got to the front the cashier that checked me out was extremely rude. Her name was Paige and she was giving me very bad attitude and seemed like she didn't enjoy her job. Other than that the store has a fantastic selection of boots and clothes. Highly recommend!

Great fun shopping there for cowboy boots! We were just visiting in the area and stopped by for boots for our son's 21st birthday. Lots to choose from, great service, 12/10, would shop there again! P.s., bought some boots for myself there as well, lol!
I came to Cavender's Boot City looking specifically for Circle E candles. When I did an online search for these candles, I was looking where they might be sold locally and Cavender's was listed! I was actually down in Fredericksburg, TX last month and was able to smell a bunch of different fragrances in their shop. I decided to pick up a couple of candles for a gift.
