Amazing care Dr.Noori and Valencia care so much about their patients and it shows, also the medical assistants are so sweet and clearly show they care about your health!
I highly recommend Dr. Hiba Shakir, she was very thorough and answered all my questions.
Big shout-out to Diana from the call center! Sorry if I missed spelled her name. She went above and beyond to make sure my dad did not miss his ER follow-up appointment, which he urgently needed to request a referral for orthopedic surgery. Diana contacted a manager, checked insurance, made sure everything was in order, and even got me a same-day appointment -- and I had called in the morning! I went in to urgent care today because I cut the tip of my index finger and the staff was honestly just the best they were amazing, cared for me even boosted up my mood from being worried and scared. They made me laugh and smile, it truly made my day. Shoutout to Yolanda, Leyla, Danial and Alexia for being so sweet and kind to me. You guys are the best, may god bless you all!
I love San Jacinto Borrego Health clinic. Every time I need a appointment it is made with ease which I love no long waits to see doctor or nurse. All staff is very friendly and welcomes you. I would highly recommend this office. If you want to be in an out with ease and great service... great team keep up the good work!!!
Really nice little medical clinic. Staff was all so friendly. I ended up going in for pressure in my ears and found out I had an ear infection and needed my ears irrigated as well. I was in an out within an hour. Definitely the fastest I've ever received treatment at an Urgent Care. The nurse was kind and helpful as was the Dr. I would definitely recommend this place for if you need to see someone after hours.
Let me start off by saying Dr. Pruitt is heaven sent! She was such a kind, mild mannered, helpful, knowledgeable, loving, and caring doctor! I have never come across someone like her She listened to me, paid attention to me, and asked me so many important questions that no other doctor has. Her personality and her experience are unmatched and I'm so happy I came across her! Her staff was also VERY kind and gentle. Thank you Dr. Pruitt!
Just a heads up for anybody getting tested for COVID-19. My in - laws were tested at this facility on 7/13/2020. It is 7/22 as i write this and they were told it could be up until 7/28 for results. It does state 6-10 days on their website. For your information.
The staff was wonderful and so kind ! So happy to experience my second baby at this facility. Thank you!
