This place is very unreliable, the front desk assistants are never on the same page, I had to go to the pharmacy three times to get my sons prescription because they didn't send after I specified a clear urgency that he needed it same day for his acid reflux. The worst care I've ever received from a doctors clinic! I went through withdrawal twice since being with them. They never refill my prescriptions on time and all the doctors I've had there were rude and inattentive. Dr. Wasimi never listens to a word I say and my psychiatrist was even more rude believe it or not. Do NOT go here if you require anything more than a routine check-up. I hate this place honestly. Anytime I call them or talk to them they're rude. They take forever to answer phones. I'm usually on hold for 15-30 mins whenever I call
I got no insurance & was recommended by cvs walk in clinic who wouldn't take me. So I go and pay the $75 fee. Everything was good up until I got home. The nurse practitioner "czar a." forgot to call in for my medications. So I call in (20 min waiting time) and the clown on the phone tells me they don't open till Tuesday. It's Saturday rn. Good thing it's not an major emergency I would be dead rn. So I'm just sitting here in pain. There was no point in paying 75 bucks. Such a waste of time
The worst medical practice I've ever experienced it takes months to see any doctors they lie about sending in referrals that never get sent to insurance I've called every day for 2 months about a referral and no one ever calls you back all they say is there understaffed I wouldn't go there if your life depends on it take my advice stay away from this hell hole
Literally tried calling them on three different occasions. Waited on the line for over 30 minutes each time. Still haven't heard from them. I'll take my business elsewhere
Worst place to have COVID test done, there was no form on line and the security person was in charge of line was so rude and unprofessional. Was telling people this many cars are in front of you and each car was parked with no numbers. I asked how many cars are in front of me after I waited for one hour said we Wii let you know when it's your turn. I will never come to this place or bring a family member here. It was like your in 1990s
Small update. 2 months later still no promised refund that I've requested in August. Moreover no reaction to this review.
I try couple time, take appointment for dental service, but first time they sad what they dont provide dental service. After couple days I called again and they just dropp off when I asked about appointment. From Main office send me to this office but its not possible to take appointment. Terrible service. Ohh sorry its not service total.
