Very disappointed with this facility. I'm in my second trimester of pregnancy. Trying to get blood work is a nightmare. I've called numerous times and been given the run-around. One of the excuses was that they moved to a new office. On my last call, I got my first blood draw in my SECOND trimester. Getting my sonogram, they would ask about missing tests that I needed to take and would have to follow up to get them scheduled. This is the worst medical practice in San Diego! I was aware of the bad reviews, but I didn't think too much of it. I patiently waited 3 weeks for my first ultrasound appointment. The day before my appointment they called me saying the Dr. Hill was not going to be in the office, and rescheduled me for another 2 weeks!! Really!? This place is just crooked, they send you around from referral to referral in their building just to rack up a huge Bill and in the end do nothing for you because the fact is most of the so called Phycologist and physiatrist that work there aren't even licensed to deal with most Issues. Another place that doesn't take Mental health serious and just wants your money. Its very sad after 5 appointments and 4 months later I am right where I started.

Honestly one of the worst medical office to go to. All the staff very rude, you can hardly understand most of the stuff. The wait time is ridiculous even if you're on time the doctors have no regard and take their time when it comes to you the rush you out of the room.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I went here because I was having GI issues and the first issue was finding the place. The security guard working the building was very rude when I asked for directions. The second issue was when I got there to check in, I found out that the doctor I was supposed to see decided to not come in, so I was given a random PCP. The doctors are usually great. The entire staff is terrible. They take forever to get back to you, or never at times. If you are standing in line and are the only one in the office waiting in line they will still take a while to call you. Sometimes there's never anyone at the front desks. This place really has gone to the dumps. I grew up going to Centro Medico. It really is disappointing. Will be looking for a new place in the near future to take my family. Do not go here! They will schedule you in and then constantly push back your appt telling you the doctor is unavailable the day of your appt then try to do an over the phone appt which they charge anywhere from $125-$250 for a phone call. My actual doctor in office visit was only $75. Rip off.

The worst place ever they lie to People by telling them free covid test the people who work there are not professional they have not been trained well as a customer service they are rude very rude I will not recommend this place to anyone even one start it's too much for them
