One of the most disrespectful staff out there working in the front desk. Specially, the girl in the front gave me attitude and yelled at me. I definitely do not recommend this place at all the worst.
Was sent to this place by our insurance since we are military and the primary care was okay, they did their job and got me in and out but I didn't need to see them for much. On the other hand, the OB floor was awful. I had doctor smith and my first ultrasound was about 10 minutes long and was a semi decent visit but every visit after that was about 5 minutes long. This Health Center has gotten worse over the years, When I first started seeing a doctor here it was okay but over the years it has gone downhills. I was seeing a doctor who was quite caring but he moved on and then I started getting rude doctors who would just listen to me talk and didn't say much, maybe I was talking to a wall. So now I just do the over the phone thing where a doctor is transferred my call and they say "what can I do for you", I ask for refills and end of call. This place deserves less than a star. First of all, the receptionists are incredibly rude and second of all, the customer service is extremely negligent. I have called as a mother trying to get assistant and have been ignored and avoided. They have clicked on me, avoided answering questions, just plain terrible service. I saw George at the Urgent Care. I had been having a burning feeling on the left side of my back. It was a very small spot that I would have off and on. I've had so many problems with this office but I finally made the decision not to go back after the only decent doctor they had left. I had a phone appointment to go over ultrasound results and the doctor was extremely rude, and dismissive, as she kept calling me " girl". This office always cancels appointments days before your suppose to go in and nobody is ever on the same page. I would NOT recommend this office at all.
May-Thurner, Compressed Common Iliac Vein syndromes & pelvic venous congestion DO exist & should be considered if increasing pain symptoms occur with multiple fibroids or if severe pain occurs in the pelvis & there are no specific etiologies. Borrego Women's Health with Dr. Robert Segnit was a bad experience! He was "polite" enough but the appt was a total waste of time! I went there for urgent care because I had an ear problem. The lady receptionist was so rude. I told her what was going on and was trying to make an appointment but she didn't get it what I said and wasn't trying to figure the stuff out. During conversation, she let out a really deep sigh and shook her head a lot of times. She probably did them because I don't speak English fluently but she really pissed me off.
0 rating. Today I headed there because my son tested positive for Covid and wanted some sort of treatment since he's in the high risk group. First off, the blonde receptionist, maybe in her 50's began freaking out and panicking. Some older woman told her to take my sons name and birthdate.
