The womens health department is amazing but if u have an appointment with a doctor or need urgent care good luck on the wait time 2 hours most of the time or more!

Well I was not so happy with the Dr. assistants. They were rude and scandalous. I have notice a new Assistant with Dr. Olivera. She was nice, helpful and helped me with my questions. I cannot remember her name, I believe is Aribel??? I will give it another try because she gave me hope, that people do care for others. Thank you for your help Aribel, you are kind and helpful! -Claudia

I love this place. At first I went to the Women's Health office and saw a new doctor (Dr. Pollock) and I was thrilled. He actually listened to me and was so thorough. I had a lump on my breast and they scheduled my appointments very quickly and made sure I understood everything. When I told them how happy I was because I have not been able to find any doctors through molina healthcare that I was happy with, he scheduled me with every kind of specialist I needed. Very busy clinic, but the staff is really nice, my favorite was the nurse that did the education for all the preggo she really did a lot for me with my first pregnancy and always answered my hundreds of questions and i never had to wait long when seeing her, she is the reason I went back when I found out I was pregnant with my second baby, just to find out she transfered departments :-( , not too thrilled with the new girls that took over, but girl in the front is really friendly also and the ladies that work putting the p... read more

It is a busy clinic but I'm pretty sure it's free healthcare for all. Carla is the appointment setter. She is professional and nice and calls back quickly. I think people are simply turned off by the amount of people here. It is very busy. I called yesterday and got an appointment today.

Not one of the best clinics. They do tend to overbook appoiments especially in the after noon so I recommend and early appoiment. I never had any problem with the receptionist. They were ALWAYS super friendly and helpful. I did have a couple problems with the nurse that is in charge of your prenatal education and she always had an excuse or someone to blame. Last night I called to set up an appointment. The young women I spoke to or at least she sounded young was very nice. So far they have been helpful. I'll update you after my appointment. Went there and got in fast, 5 minutes after my appointment time. There were a lot of people but that is to be expected. I would recommend this place.

I don't even know why I keep coming back here. Maybe it's blind hope that new staff would mean better service but nope. Same sh*t hole. Same problems. Appointments are always booked ridiculously far out like, what's the point of being a "medical" clinic if I can't get seen until next month for something urgent?
