Horrible clinic with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The staff act like they're doctors, telling you there's no point in seeing the actual physician or care provider completely unprofessional. Instead of just helping you make an appointment, they'll throw unsolicited "respect advice" at you, as if I'm there for a life lesson instead of healthcare. I have been a patient at this location for a year, and every single time I go to my appointment, I have to wait at least 20-30 minutes--every time! My provider, Dr. Miller, knows my health condition well. My feet, knees, back, and brain are all in pain, both physically and mentally. On top of that, I may or may not have cancer. They sent me for multiple mammograms to determine whether I have breast cancer, and the whole process took over three months. Do not go to this place !!!!!! Dr. Hiba Shakri She's been seen my dad for 10 years and when he asked her to fill out the form she rejected for one month she keeps saying come back and nothing has been done and one time she lost the form. Keep making excuse the worst doctor I have ever seen. I will put all her information later on Facebook that way everybody knows and all over social media as well. Her name is Hiba shakri

Worst customer service. Was hung up on the phone from a receptionist because she lied to me and I told her she was wrong. I called to make sure my labs were in the system so I can pick them up at the office. The receptionist said " you cannot get your medical records." I'm 33 weeks pregnant, every time, every appointment I used to have they called me a day before to reschedule! From the beginning of my pregnancy I been telling to stuff that I don't want to be seen with a male obgyn provider! Do not Think about even going here. There is sexual misconduct by a doctor that i unfortunately blocked his name because of the trauma he caused me. Please, please. do not go here at all. Two years ago after the visit. He called me days later to ask how i was doing. I was confused, and when i have explained this story to my loved ones while crying. they tell me it's because he took advantage of my body. Where is the 0 star option? Borrego Health; excellent physicians, terrible reception. You can thank Judith in urgent care for my 4th negative Yelp review in 10 years. You can also thank her for me never returning. Judith was: irritated that I entered the facility, not discreet when asking about the reason for my visit, completely lacked empathy, couldn't be bothered with doing her job. Don't do it!! I know sometimes the reviews can be a little misleading, but not in this case!! I've had three appointments here and I've never waited any less than an hour and a half. When I try to reschedule an appointment because I cannot wait a long time they rudely told me he would always be backed up. I went to Borrego Women's Health back in 2017 when I had Sharp Insurance because Sharp refused to do an ultra sound on my breasts. I had requested it at the advice of my personal surgeon who gave me large breast implants. My primary care doctor agreed and sent a referral to Borrego Health and I was able to pay cash.
