This was my second oil change and my first purchase and was very disappointed on how much it cost to have an oil change at Nissan of Cerritos. It was over $200 a day later I received a coupon for the same service for like 60 something dollars after the service was done, I feel they overcharged me and I will not get it done there again

I was very disappointed in the fact that this was the first time I was unable to use a coupon for my service because I was not informed ahead of time (during booking my appointment) that I needed to let them know about using coupons. With all of my other visits I have always been able to use any appropriate coupon that I bring with me. I was told in order to use the coupon I had, I would have to cancel my appointment and reschedule. Is this a new policy?

They left trash in my car and now there's a smell that won't come out every time i turn on the ac Very ghetto, you'll see employees with neck tattoos

This was supposed to be a detail car wash an they didn't even vaccum the back seat or take the 3rd row out to apply the protection.

I had service for my car for 30k and they put many maintenance options in the list which wasn't necessary and since I didn't know about it I did but later I got that they did many stuff that wasn't needed. They didn't car wash my car as they said in their list. As a person who doesn't know that much about cars the only thing I could check was wheels air pressure and all 4 numbers were uneven and different with the number they wrote in the check list. I don't come to the store to check my car anymore!

The price that is in the window is supposed to be the sales price, but these people lie to you saying that it is from another car, this happened to me in a base car and they sold it to me as equipped,

Come in for a recall on my dad's 2008 Nissan Frontier where the emblem on the steering wheel can corrode and come off in the event of an impact so I take it to them to fulfill the recall and we spend 5 hours waiting for them to say "yea it looks old we can change it but we don't have the part, we'll call you when we do then come back later" so a few days go and I end up calling them and they say they do have it and I make an appointment and it took them another 4 hours to change the emblem.
