Bought and paid for 9 windows an exterior door and a storm door in April, 2025. It is the end of July and the work is not completed.We have had multiple no show/no call appointments. When we follow up are told messages were left. We have a land line and two cell phones. No messages have ever been received. Our salesperson assured us that installation was not sub- contracted out. To say the windows are made with shorty craftsmanship is literally a compliment to say the least. Terrible customer service. If you want a warranty covered too bad they just so happen to not make anything anymore. There is not a single good thing I can say about this company. Thank god they are no longer in the roofing business because thats a nightmare from start to finish. This company is trying to scam me out of money. I havent seen anyone or any windows. ***** has now called for *** 3rd time asking for $205 dollars. Which I've already paid. The rest is due once I see a windows. I haven't seen anything. Its been almost 3 months. I don't know how this is even legal at this point. I've heard of stories like this and never experienced it until now. I just want my window replaced as I was told it would happen
It has been 15 months(contract signed on 04/15/2024) and the project is still not complete. There was close to no communication from Champion window. I kept calling and customer service said manager would call back but they did not. They took most of the payments. **************** kept saying the manager is not available and escalated this. I had vinyl siding know problem.I had my car port enclosed.then I got a patio enclosed .I and told I wasn't what to put side of my they saying it god will.I there tear out strips huge Tree be side me and again God will I was mad I just Brother three long year fighting cancer.there big chips of wood thrown my way but god ******* was under warranty but they will cover it .So I am not happy with the response.
I called Champion in Greenville SC. And set an appointment for a sales rep to come to my house for a estimate. The night before the appointment I received a voicemail say the salesperson was going to be sick tomorrow and would I like to reschedule. I wasn't really happy about this.. We have been trying to get in touch with Champion windows to have a window replaced for over a month and they will not return our calls. All of our windows in our home are Champion brand and we had one damaged in a hailstorm. We just need a quote to submit to insurance so we can get it fixed. When you call the national 888 number OR the local number, they all route to the same automated system and they force you to leave a callback number. In November 2024, we contacted Champion to replace 4 windows under warranty. As of June 2025, we are still waiting for completion of that request. Windows have been delivered in the wrong tint, the wrong size, and broken upon installation. We currently have one broken window (broken by the installer during installation) and two that don't match the tint in the rest of the sunroom. We have no idea when - or if - this will be resolved.
