Have been waiting 3 months for minor issues to be resolved. I call everyday and am told an installation team member will reach out. If they dont reach out you call back. Its just a vicious cycles of 2 hours a day calling to get nowhere.

Spent almost $80k on windows and siding. Rep was amazing and our installers were great. Customer service *****!!! We had a bad storm and it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to come fix one piece. I’ve taken off multiple days of work for scheduled appointments and they don’t show up or they have the wrong part. Don’t recommend at all!

Windows installed only a year ago, found a broken window, ordered a new one in July, was supposed to have installed in Sept, found out Champion never ordered the replacement window and the repairman that came out didn't even know he was supposed to be installing a new window. Found out no one took responsibility to order a new window and now it will be another 6 plus weeks before I may get a new window. This company does not communicate and very poor service.

Ordered two windows and a patio sliding door in April. In July the windows were installed and the incorrect patio door was installed we had ordered blinds in between the glass on the patio door and the one that was installed did not have blinds. They said they would re-order and it would be 4 to 6 weeks. In the interim, the caulking that was used for the windows and patio door never dried and two weeks after installation, they had to come back out, remove the original caulking, and re-caulk. It is our understanding that Great Day acquired Champion Windows. Our experience of ordering $60k in doors and windows has been h*** We were told it would a couple of months to manufacture. We are nearing 6 months. Communication is TERRIBLE. As soon as they had our money we conveniently couldnt get a hold of them. We were told two months ago that the windows were done and we would get a call the following week to schedule install. This has been nothing short of getting the run around. If I could give this company 0 starts I would. 1,) Original 2 day project turned into 8 total days worked on, because the contractor of the day didn't have the materials needed to complete the job. They decided to leave early instead of getting the materials needed. Another day a different Champion associate drove out the materials needed for the day. Never again. While the quality of the windows is good, and we have now spent close to $50,000 replacing most of the house - but their (lack) of customer service is horrendous. Even providing them additional referrals - I am the one that has to constantly follow-up, as Champion has no clue as to what follow-through or ownership means.The only thing they are consistent at is their lack of communication. I cant believe I didnt read all the bad reviews!!!!! What a fool am I!A salesman came to my home to show and sell 4 replacement windows. Because the price was too high I did not order windows. Several days later someone from Champion called and offered to lower the final price. At that point I agreed to go forward, signed an online contract, and made the deposit of $1761.60.When a second payment was due I learned that the windows ordered were not the windows I wanted. It has been one year now and $30,000.00 purchase. I have had to take 4 days off of work thus far with still no final repair to our windows. Each time they send a Technician out he is new and the work order to complete the job is incorrect with the wrong information and no parts. I have contacted the salesman, I have contacted the Manager Jan, I have contacted the scheduler Josh and have reached out to Dawn. None of these people have been able to resolve our window issues.
