They have $2960 of MY money and will NOT contact me nor answer my calls nor text. I want my money back!!!!! They are Champion in name only!!!!! Swerve at ALL costs!!!!!! I have asked twice and left a vm as to where my windows are and a time frame as to when we were moving ahead. NO ONE will return my calls after they have half of the money. Ridiculous!!!!!!! Do NOT use!!!

Champion Replacement Door/Window of Denver: Several years back they were good, we did buy several products from them - zero complaints. But since COVID I guess, stuff has gone downhill. Horrible company to do business with anymore. Products are still OK but dealing with the people is absolute ****. It took 18 months ( instead of 4as originally agreed) to get the door we ordered. I ordered windows late August and paid $5,000 upfront and took out a loan through their lender for the additional amount. I was told it would be about a month before the windows were ready. That was 3 months ago. I cant get a manager, their call center just repeatedly says someone will call me back but nobody has. Ordered 2 windows from Champion in Spring of 2023. The guy who came out to do an estimate was friendly and personable, however, after purchasing said windows, we never heard from him again. Window installation was fairly quick and only took one day, but when i got home, my husband mentioned that the lines across the window were not the lines we ordered. Decided to get window quote because they were running a buy 2 get 2 free promo. Went through the entire virtual quote and presentation for the salesperson to tell us that our 22 windows would cost over $29,000 AFTER the promo. So $29,000 for 11 windows and the other 11 are "free". When asked where that number came from, he told us that the starting price BEFORE the promo was over $68,000 (which is insane). CHAPION WINDOWS OF OMAHA should not be trusted. A year and a half or so we changed 5 windows with this company. I was not home when they were installed but the quality of the installation was poor at first site. They look OK from outside but the inside lack of any esthetics. I paided company in full for the services. And after that the ordeal started. It seems that they do apply a time of sticker on the edge of the windows to "mask the imperfections" they say. Business lies and claims they have an A+ rating from the BBB when they are not even accredited. Ordered 3 replacement windows, paid 60% deposit, was told they would be ready in a month. It has now been 2.5 months, still no install date, cannot get in touch with customer service, sales rep will not return calls or emails. Shady company. Take your money up front and never provide the services they promise. Glad we only did three windows as a trial and not all 15will be using someone else for the rest!

Possible one of the worst customer services ever, leave you on hold for over an hour, Charge for a repair that is under warranty. It also seems they cannot keep employees

For starters, We had paid off what we thought was our bill and a year later they came back stating we still owe more money that it was a mistake on their end in the accounting department. So we had to finance through Champion rather then be able to go through who we initially had because that account had closed. Now I am trying to get an updated statement as to how much I owe and what the payments are because of a situation I am in and I cannot seem to get anyone to send me the updated statement.
