We had a sunroom built on our deck, the roof has leaked since day one. They've been out numerous times, but no luck. We were told Champion no longer uses our roofing system. We can't get them to fix the problem.

Sales representative very good. Kind and helpful. Window installation faulty. Customer service and reliability, very low quality. Difficulty reaching anybody on the telephone unless you select that you are requesting an estimate to be give you (of course, it's all about the money). Windows are actually really good, but mine are leaking. Trim not replaced as indicated on outside of home as commercial on website indicates. We decided to purchase windows 1 1/2 months ago which today we have had a terrible experience with this company which came to our residents and took measurements of windows, what was not said that we couldn't use old blinds. Horrible experience, contacted them to have an estimate and the sales rep, doesn’t even follow their so call procedure all he did was trying to get info so he can run credit without even checking what was needed all he said well I need to run it to know your payments and I said well how you going to Run credit and know the payments of what if you haven’t even looked at the windows or gave me options he said well I can tell you it’s about 10000 that’s what the cost for replacing your windows would be sand I said it’s that all... read more

To start, I want to say everyone I've interacted with from Champion(minus the door installers) have been professional and kind. I called Champion to have storm doors removed. Champion had previously installed a sunroom window and they had done a great job. I met with a Champion rep on August 2nd, 2022. We signed a deal for two more windows in the sunroom and two storm doors. The windows were installed without issue quickly (before end of 2022). Storm doors were not installed until 3/11/2023. This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They will not answer calls or return text messages. I've been trying to get them out to my house for over a month now. I hope potential buyers read these reviews and go elsewhere. They will certainly regret their decision if they go with this company.

Champion Windows and Doors has been the absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with. When I initially signed the contract, they told me that they would keep me updated on the progress of the project. After about 6 months into the project, I never heard from anyone. I tried calling them and kept getting the run around from the installation manager. We purchased a new garden window that was installed by Champion on 09-06-2022. One of the window panes cracked from top to bottom right after install. The tech was quick to come and measure for a replacement pane and commented that the pane had to have been cracked inside the casing before install. The new pane arrived on 01-24-2023, but was the wrong size and had to reorder. The 2nd pane arrived on 03-28-2023, but was the wrong size again and had to reorder again. I've been waiting for almost 2 months for an installation date but when I call the office they informed me that the installer needs to call but no word from him.I put down the deposit and paid the second time required but still no date and was about to cancel but will not receive deposit back.
