terrible customer service. Came out multiple times and never fixed the problem. Now champion wants me to pay a hundred and twenty dollars. To have someone come out again. I have no way of keeping the door from slamming back on me when used. Will never use this company again.

My husband and I had Champion install windows on our home 13 years ago. We had an issue with one window in 2020. The window came out when it was pulled out to clean. Could not get it to shut all the way and was unable to lock. This was during Covid and they were not taking service appointments. I explained that we were unable to even close the window so they did send someone out to get it closed and locked. We were charged $99 for a trip charge. My windows came with dented trims; glue spots and a screen falling out. Paid for window sill replacement and that was not done. Company told me that my replacement windows are in but that all 3 install crews quit so that they are not sure when they can come back out. My periodic calls for updates are not returned. Please assist with getting this job completed properly and timely.

I had my windows installed in May and now in September. The installed did inform me that the slider did not fit tight. But at the time of installation, I did not think anything of it, until when I started hearing the traffic, wind, dust, and rainwater coming through the windows. That was when I started calling Champion, and sales rep Mason. Every time I called; they would say "We order your request on Rush or Urgent", and they would call the installer but now he doesn't answer the calls. Beware of this company, they did a bait and switch on me. This is not legitimate, check with BBB and your bank and your credit card company.

Miserable 369-Day Experience We ordered a storm door (front) & sliding glass door (back) through James of Champion Windows. He was charming; just the kind of person you want representing your company on Day One. Nearly $25,000 for windows and customer service that is the worst Ive ever encountered! We decided to purchase vinyl replacement windows from Champion Windows to help make our home more energy efficient and reduce maintenance requirements and costs for the future. Who knew what a nightmare this was going to turn into!
